Chipotle Mexican Grill

Took me a minute to figure out how the ordering worked. The veggie burrito was BIG. All the ingredients were fresh. Good for fast food.

Vegetarian options: I picked what I wanted in my burrito, so had the rice, beans, and veggies.

Great food and friendly staff! I found the platter that they served the food on to be a relief, as it helped to make everything apparent.

I ordered food online and came on time to pick it up. They told me to wait so I did. I waited 20 minutes and i talked to them multiple times. Still nothing. It wasnt until a spanish speaking customer talked to the employees for me was when they even started to make my food! This place has terrible service. Probably never coming here again.

Actually a decent Chipotle

Very disappointed in this Chipotle. I ordered several entrees but my burrito was not delivered! 😡 I had to wait another 45 minutes for another burrito. I normally love Chipotle, so I would recommend the in person store instead of delivery. Will not be ordering delivery from here again.

I don’t know what’s up with all of the chipotle’s in Seattle they are all disgusting from food preparation to food quality. It’s just all bad the only clean location is in Bellevue. I mean damn man we’re paying a lot of money for them burritos and it’s just sad they need to really change up a lot of things words can’t explain how disappointing they’ve been,

I went in for a meal and ordered double chicken, but the restaurant forgot to include it in the lettuce on top. When the staff went to fix it by adding lettuce, they gave us the wrong bowl without realizing. When next customer came to claim his order (that was mistakenly given to me), the cashier made it my fault. And compensated the next (White) customer by not charging his meal, simply because it had already been “touched” by an Asian customer.
This kind of absurd racial discrimination shouldn’t happen in Seattle.

The portion sizing is too inconsistent. I always order a burrito bowl and lately the staff goes out of their way to skimp on all of the toppings (and I’m not talking about guacamole). Why not give a heaping spoonful of everything I ask for? That way it will always be consistent and I won’t feel ripped off.

Chicken was burnt and cold. Don't come here after 7pm

Chipotle is one of the tastiest places you can go, with one of the best price per calorie (for a fast food chain). But this location has skimmed on potion sizes almost every time I've went, even though I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt the first few times. I would just appreciate it if, at the very least, they followed their company guidelines for portion sizes if I'm going to pay around 30$ for two bowls. Go to the Chipotle in Seattle or even the mcdonalds or Red Robin down the road. You atleast get what you pay for

Saturday night at 8pm was roughhhh. Bowls were tiny, every single table had leftover food or trash, even though staff was standing around behind the counter. Lots of free parking though. I get Chipotle all the time and this was bad enough to leave a review.
