I forgot to get their name, but I was an hour late picking up my order due to the trains going down and dealing with the shuttle busses and they remade my order, no extra charge. I literally almost burst into tears, I was so grateful. Thank you for making such a miserable afternoon 10 times better.

Don't apply for a job or eat here. Terrible environment and management. Management are headless chickens and don't care about you or the customer. Employees talk about customers behind their backs. Zero respect and courtesy.

New employees don't finish the training videos and are put to work right away.

BE WARE! This place sprays the tables with a bleach product and it gets on the chairs and benches and ruins people’s clothes.

I could smell it when I was there and a lady was cleaning the tables.
She ruined my shorts last night.

Took me a minute to figure out how the ordering worked. The veggie burrito was BIG. All the ingredients were fresh. Good for fast food.

Vegetarian options: I picked what I wanted in my burrito, so had the rice, beans, and veggies.

I ordered food online and came on time to pick it up. They told me to wait so I did. I waited 20 minutes and i talked to them multiple times. Still nothing. It wasnt until a spanish speaking customer talked to the employees for me was when they even started to make my food! This place has terrible service. Probably never coming here again.
