Chipotle Mexican Grill

This Is my second time going to this Chipotle and I love it, I always feel happy after a nice lunch or dinner here. I usually notice there amazing employees with their generosity, patience and service, I love the atmosphere because It’s clean and calm. This will always be my usual spot!

Hi, I wanted to share my disappointment with my recent Chipotle delivery order. I paid almost $62 and made specific requests, but none of them were honored. I asked for extra sour cream and extra rice, yet my bowl had barely a teaspoon of sour cream and very little rice. I also asked for extra lettuce, but I was given almost none. On top of that, the food was extremely salty, which made it even more disappointing.

I also requested napkins and utensils, and none were included in the bag.

For the amount of money I spent, this felt careless and frustrating. It seems like delivery orders aren’t being prepared with the same attention or care as in-store orders, and my requests were completely ignored. This was honestly the worst Chipotle order I’ve ever received, and it feels like a waste of my $62.

Because of this experience, I don’t think I’ll be ordering Chipotle delivery again. I hope this feedback helps improve the quality and attention to customer orders moving forward.

Literally had to leave after I saw what I ordered, barely any meat and ordered extra meat and was still nothing, would recommend to anyone who comes here to leave if they try and skimp you, will try again tomorrow and if it is the same will leave again, I will also try to take a picture of this abysmal plate, hope this place goes out of business in this neighborhood, do better chipotle !!!!

Smallest bowl I’ve ever received - maybe would be worth it for half the price, hardly even filled half way. Absolutely not worth the $17, before tip, that was paid. Wouldn’t recommend any online orders here.

Staff were extremely rude. Choose another location!!! When I walked in, multiple staff glared at me without saying a word. Furthermore, I felt as if I was interrupting staffs conversation when I walked up to the counter. The person who took my order used extremely brash language and made me uncomfortable. I will not be returning.

I’ve been working down the street from this place for around a year and a half, so I’ve been here many times on my lunch break. Chipotle usually has a bad rep in terms of customer service and portioning, but this location specifically is horrendous. Not once have I had a positive experience at this location. It’s like they hired the most unwelcoming and unfriendly people that they could find to work for them; and to make it worse, when I ask for double portions they ignore my requests and short change me on everything I order. I do not recommend coming here if you want a positive customer service experience or if you want a full meal. (P.S.- Clean your tables!!!! It’s disgusting!!!)

Guy had to give me a bowl because the burrito was too soupy?

I really love the service at this location! At least for me, it’s always been great. I usually order online and just swing by to pick it up. There’s one girl in particular who prepares and hands over the orders — she’s super friendly! The cashier is also really nice… honestly, the whole team is amazing. On top of that, the food is always fresh and super tasty. Definitely a 10/10 crew!

Ordered a burrito and a bowl through the app, bowl had extra chicken, extra Corn and none of those were on the bowl and the burrito Size is absolutely ridiculous. This will be my last order from chipotle.
