I've been coming here for some time now. Recently (Past Few Months), I've noticed they are really stingy with their portions. It is a Russian roulette at this point if you are going to get a medium burrito for $12 or an actually filled one.

The service is unpredictable. Some servers fill up the bowl
while others barely put anything in! Maybe they need measuring cups to make consistent portions!

Rude entittled acting servers for no apparentreason. I came for lunch and received a nasty attitude and tiny portions. When I asked for a regular one I was told to pay extra. Bad experience.

My first ever Google review of anything and it is worth it. Specifically related to Carlton. Watched a very stressed lady nearly lose it in the middle of the line when Carlton absolutely diffused the entire situation with a few kind words, empathy, and professionalism. It seemed to calm her and turned a situation from something that could escalate into a better experience for all of us. I could not be more impressed with an individual and frankly his actions served as a reminder as to how I should respond in a similar situation.

Good, service, atmosphere. This place has it all. We’ve been coming here for a couple of weeks straight and it has hit every time. Plus the manager has a good amount of Rizz. Handles conflict well.

My Burrito bowl wasn't even half full. This place hasn't experienced the viral trend of people walking out when they see how little food they are getting, and it really needs to. Add to that the inside is an industrial park designed to keep you uncomfortable? Be prepared to be disappointed when visiting.

I recently visited here for lunch and had a very disappointing experience. I come very often, as I work in food deliveries and transport passengers in the area. On two separate occasions, I noticed I was overcharged for my meal. The first time, I chose not to say anything. However, when I realized the overcharge happened again, I decided to bring it up. Instead of addressing my concern professionally, the staff members laughed and didn’t take me seriously at all. This was both disrespectful and unprofessional.

Feeling unheard and frustrated, I requested to speak with the manager. However, by that time, I was so disappointed that I ended up leaving without making any purchase. This experience was a real letdown, especially because it wasn’t just about the overcharge but about the lack of proper customer service and respect.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures future customers are treated with professionalism and courtesy. It’s essential that concerns, especially around billing, are addressed properly and with respect.
