I am very a disappointed with the service I received today. I can’t believe that at midday there’s not enough protein to place on a bowl. I asked for steak , and when it was my husband turn he was received with a harsh answer that there was none. Instead of saying it’s going to take awhile , we were received with a harsh no. Furthermore , I can truly say that it was a really bad experience.

the only chipotle close in my area & an awful experience every time — yesterday was my final straw. walked in with my friend who’s in town visiting around 2pm, they had nothing.. no meat except chicken, all staff was sitting around doing nothing. i asked them how long until the steak is ready, veggies, guac etc. they said no one was making any of that bc they had a rush this morning. ice machine broke, no soda, no care in the world to accommodate or help in anyway and had the audacity to give ME attitude. don’t include no lame auto reply “sorry about that please contact us” either. this one should be shut down until they figure it out.

Be warned, we didn’t ask for guacamole, but we got charged for it. They’re gonna charge you extra for stuff you didn’t even order. Didn’t notice the charge until after the meal, but I’m glad I noticed it now. Look at your reviews guys, step it up.

said there was no guac left even though I said multiple times about how it's my favorite part of my bowl and then I watched a ladybug walk on someone else's burrito and then my friend asked for guac and they said they were out of guac again this is not OK. I am betrayed

Found a giant piece of plastic in the middle of my burrito…. AVOID this location at all costs before you end up eating plastic from obviously careless food handling.

This was honestly the worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had. The employees were not friendly at all and seemed careless and disengaged throughout the entire process. My order felt rushed and poorly made, with little attention to detail or care put into it.
What’s especially disappointing is that Chipotle is usually known for consistency and decent customer service, but this visit was the complete opposite. The overall attitude and lack of effort really took away from the experience, and it didn’t feel welcoming in the slightest.
Unfortunately, this location left me feeling extremely unsatisfied and unlikely to return.
Went in at 7:30pm, they were out of brown rice, black beans, the pinto beans were old and dry, they were out of steak, and were running low of the other meats besides chicken. The work station was a mess, with food in other containers, so every bite of my bowl held a surprise ingredient. This was my first visit, and I cannot understand how a newer location is doing so bad.

Ordered online a day before for a takeout catered for 8 people and Saturday 5:00 pm pick up, first, not ready till 5:20 pm , 10 people in line , counter was filthy with food all over by the register, hard to tell who was in charge…. This location definitely has some issues and needs improvement,

Do not order chips here. Thought it was going to be a fluke that I got a bad batch but 3 times in a row the chips are maybe the worst tortilla chips I’ve ever had. Taste like they’ve been sitting out a week, no salt, no lime. I tried to get a different bag, they said they were all “fresh” .. so over baked they are barely edible. Will go to a different chipotle from now on..

I’ve visited this location ~10 times and there is always a long wait due to really slow service. Often times employees are standing right behind the counter, acting busy and actively ignoring customers. During my last visit a worker started my order and then left for 4-5 minutes to refill ingredients unrelated to my order. As a result my order was cold and very subpar. If you enjoy chipotle, go to a different location.
