Do not order chips here. Thought it was going to be a fluke that I got a bad batch but 3 times in a row the chips are maybe the worst tortilla chips I’ve ever had. Taste like they’ve been sitting out a week, no salt, no lime. I tried to get a different bag, they said they were all “fresh” .. so over baked they are barely edible. Will go to a different chipotle from now on..

I’ve visited this location ~10 times and there is always a long wait due to really slow service. Often times employees are standing right behind the counter, acting busy and actively ignoring customers. During my last visit a worker started my order and then left for 4-5 minutes to refill ingredients unrelated to my order. As a result my order was cold and very subpar. If you enjoy chipotle, go to a different location.

They are consistently excellent—always kind, and the place is impeccably clean. It can get quite busy, so be sure to allow yourself enough time to enjoy their outstanding service and delicious meals.

As I’m ordering a bowl they are adding things I didn’t even want to the bowl. I’m standing in still silence not saying nothing as the geeked up worker is just adding whatever they want to my order. Can’t wait for the Panda Express to open !

The cleanliness of this Chipotle could be better. I got food poisoning once from this place a couple of weeks ago.
We came here many times and the majority of the time, the tables and the utensils were dirty. A few separate evenings we had to ask them to refill the napkins dispenser. The employees there don't seem to care.
Once I saw employees pick up stuff on the ground while using their food gloves and proceeded to serve the next customer without replacing the gloves. I didn't think too much about it but then I totally regretted it when I got food poisoning.
It could be the night shift as we only go there during the evening, but regardless I would now think twice about going back.
Fresh food, friendly staff- was in & out in 5 minutes.

I usually like Chipotle but this location is nasty. The counters where they worked and make the food were dirty and uncleaned. The guy making my burrito had no idea how to wrap it, it was extremely loose and the insides were leaking out inside of the foil. And then they SLID my burrito along the dirty counter, collecting old cheese and lettuce on my newly made burrito to pass it to the cashier. I almost asked them to throw it away and make it again because it was so gross to see. I couldnt stop thinking about it. I asked for a side of queso and chips and thru gave me a tiny cup instead of the normal wide cup. It just seems like nobody knows what theyre doing here.
The whole staff seems untrained and very disinterested in working there, I would avoid and it seems unclean and unprofessional.
Edit: im bumping up to 3 stars, i came during lunch and the staff was more normal.

I ordered a pickup from this Chipotle location on 9/15/24 since the dining area was closed. Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t great. My order was missing both the drink and the guacamole in my burrito, and the food was cold. On top of that, the manager was nowhere to be found, leaving one employee to handle everything by herself. I’d like to know how to get a refund for the missing drink and guacamole, and I hope the staff receives the support and training they need to improve service.
