I waited so long just to pay for a Seattle souvenir ($15). The Korean lady owner was busy making coffee for other guests before taking my payment. Later, I found the exact same item just a few steps away for only $4.99! Haha, I wish I hadn’t come here.
I understand some things can be a bit more expensive, but not with such a big $10 difference for the same small item. Visitors, please check prices around before buying anything from this store.
I hope the Korean owner reads this — I really did buy from your shop! Be kind, Boss, and please offer fair prices. 😊
Love this store. Lots of cool things to buy as gifts. Coffee is great and you don’t have to wait in a 1 hour line next door at Starbucks. Get your coffee here and then go out from to get a pic at Starbucks if you want. Staff is always friendly and welcoming.
Two of us had the Thriller Shake - these are Amazing! The service and atmosphere are great, we sat out on the street to relax with ours. Very good quality!
There was only one server working, she had a queue of milk shakes to make and did apologise for the delay. We didn't mind at all and the drinks were worth the wait.
You're paying for the location. Service and ice cream are terrible. Avoid if you can.
Had the espresso explosion and strawberry. Both were excellent. A bit pricey though
We stopped by here with Carolyn during a Coffee Tour and had to come back. I personally have a bit of a sweet tooth so when he had the cafe mocha during the tour, I couldn’t help but personally let the young women at the counter know. We ended up purchasing a sweater. Would definitely recommend.
Delicious
Cute shop, nice service, very touristy. Chocolate was tasty but overpriced for what seems like came out of a factory.
Lavender rose latte was amazing. And so was the salted caramel chocolate.
The chocolate toffee is absolutely delicious but the bummer is that you can't just buy a single piece of any of the chocolates to try, you have to buy a whole packet in a large muffin liner. And it's not to save time because the packets still need to be weighed before they ring you up.

Super rude guy taking orders, or dude was having a rough day. Eitherway my camera was ON and not even on record. The guy could have said " can you please not have me on video" instead of going on a Karen style rant about "DONT FILM ME, YOU NEED MY PERMISSION".
You are on a touristy Spot of town. Whoever is the owner lost 4 good customers and being on a 10million+ subscribed travel documentary channel. Big loss for you.

It was mid- morning...and ice cream and chocolate are good anytime, day or night.
Parking: Pike's parking lot, although it has several floors, still, it's not large, and it was pretty busy. When we visited the parking lot was full all day, and no one was there to let you know. If you're lucky, paid street parking is available on one side of the street only.

It's a cute little ice cream shop but the ice cream wasn't outstanding. It just tasted like regular ice cream. I think we were expecting something a little creamier and more homemade. It's still good, though.
