Used to love this place. Then found out the owner Franky just fires people!
Doesn't talk to the employees when there is an issue or a problem! Just fires them without a chance to learn and grow!
How is this appropriate for "management"?
Luckily so many other places to go and support with our hard earned money!
By the way the service, drinks and employees have been amazing. Don't know what Franky's problem or issue is. Would probably know if she would communicate.

Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly
Wheelchair accessibility: Not very wheelchair accessible due to the building having a step down into the additional setting. The bathrooms also do not accommodate for enough space for a power wheelchair to be in the room for transfers.

Delicious peanut butter hot chocolate as always! Slower service than I'm used to but there was only one staff member and two orders ahead of us so it wasn't unexpected. No music or ambient noise, but everyone was keeping their voices low too so it wasn't disruptive.

Cool little place. The type of place where you can get something sweet, a cup of coffee and a relaxing place to sit so you can read a book. Unfortunately, there's nut contamination so if you're allergic to anything, this might not be the place for you.

The hot chocolate here is always amazing—rich, creamy, and never fails to impress. However, this time the service was the worst I've experienced. The staff seemed disorganized, and my order took way too long. Still love the hot chocolate, but I hope they improve the service next time.

My favorite coffee shop. However, take note that they rarely put the heat on and it can get bitterly cold during the winter. If you want to sit and get a few hours work done be sure to pack gloves and a hat, as I write this I am looking around and everyone still has their outerwear on while they work. One lady keeps sticking her hands under her armpits to warm them periodically while she seems to be working on her laptop, and this is a common occurrence. It’s in an old building so it is probably too expensive to put heat on. But despite the cold it’s really wonderful atmosphere, calm and dark with good coffee and awesome baristas. I do recommend it for sure.

They had multiple people's orders out of order; with no line it took 20 minutes to get a coffee
im a hot chocolate fiend and their dark chocolate hot chocolate is really tasty!! very rich and smooth. really nice vibe for studying (saw a few outlets but not at every table) and the employees were making small talk with some customers which added to the cozy friendly vibes!
A bit pricey, but very yummy! 😊 Thoroughly enjoyable place!
Vegetarian options: Some vegan and gluten free cookies, and they tasted good.
Kid-friendliness: Seemed fine for kids, to me.
Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible, other than the door. Will need help with someone holding it open.

Coffee is quite good, and employees are kind. I stopped going because I felt unwelcomed as a Christian. They have a small art exhib which depicted the Christian nativity depicting our Lord as a bug... I understand not everyone shares my faith and that many don't even have one, therefore can't comprehend the concept of sanctity. But this is an unnecessary and targeted provocation. I say targeted because I never see this being done to Muslims, Hindus, etc ... I write this so that other Christians who just want to have a nice coffee or chocolate don't end up insulted in this manner.

Wow, what a cool, cozy place, lots of private little areas to sit, with an outside area as well! The pumpkin spice late was very tasty to!

I love it here! I’ve been many times and the vibes are wonderful. Great chocolate, great atmosphere, and wonderful service. I recommend the Thai chocolate! It’s very unique and it’s my personal favorite. But if you want a wonderful safe option I recommend the strawberry or raspberry chocolates.
They have local artists and art for sale in there, it’s a great place to study, and they even have a patio out back!

I love Chocolati, and this one in particular is the best spot in the area to come spend time in, alone or with friends. There is always fun local art up, and the space is arranged in a way that makes it feel possible to get some privacy even on a busy day.
All the cafe drinks are done well. They have good coffee and good tea.
And, of course, you can't skip the chocolate (truffles and brownies and drinks, oh my!). The sandwiches are better than some, and they also have pastries and bagels.
Make sure you check out the table with some locally made art and jewelry (I bought one of my favorite pairs of earrings there) and paid the seller directly through an app.
I love Greenwood Chocolati!

Super generous indoor and outdoor seating space to hang out or work on a laptop. Lots of power outlets. Highly recommend their dirty chai.
