I enjoyed the halo halo($8) and pork bao($5). It's pricey for a small portion, but understandable because it's in a poppin place. Chowking at Seafood City in Seattle really reminded me of home! The taste of the food was great and brought back so many memories. The chicken, however, was smaller compared to what I’m used to in the Philippines. The Chao Fan rice could be improved—it was a bit sticky and wet. On the bright side, the halo-halo dessert was delicious and refreshing! Service was also fast and efficient. Overall, a good spot when you’re craving Filipino comfort food!
The pancit is more like a yakisoba but it’s well seasoned and has cabbage, chicken and fish cake pieces in it that are delicious.
The pork and chicken siapao is delicious. It reminds me of a hum bow. It’s different flavors but the same concept, it comes with siapao sauce that is sweet and salty but goes well with the bread and flavors of the siapao.
Thai tea was pretty good. It comes with soft boba.
Overall, I was satisfied...
