They were so sweet! I had came in during a rush this past weekend and they were dolls, they did run out the first time I was here but were able to give me the 7 big rolls I ordered in advance and even gave me extra frosting cups that I know are generally charged at $0.99 each so thank you! I will surely come again, with pockets full, stomach empty, and ready for more delicious roll bites!

Didn’t get a refund because I had ate half of my Cinnabon already. Of course it was eaten, I had full intentions of eating all of it until I got into the center of it which was all dough, meaning RAW. Overall no common sense and a waste of my money.

Location of this bakery is in the hallway in the ground floor that can be crowded during the mall's busy hours. I ordered mini Cinnabon and sticks for my son. He like them and they looked nice, sweet and well baked. I wish the staff were sweet with their customers too!

Service was quick. The regular sized Cinnabon had very little frosting and a charge for extra is .99 cents. There was more cinnamon mixture than usual and without a normal size of frosting it wasn't enjoyable to eat. Written by a customer of over twenty years.

The location of the cinnamon can get crowded when busy. Regadless, I love their cinnamon rolls and the employees are always so nice and helpful to me. Jonathan and Erin have always been so nice, patient, and respectful to me. I go back to this place and always appreciate seeing them working. Extra tip for them!
Hi we were disrespected by an employee there my mom asked for a Cinnabon but only had cash no card this particular employee picked up the bag that my mom was going to purchase and threw it in the trash in front of my mom. She could have waited until the customer left, but she did that purposely. That is a huge disrespect and hurt my moms pride, but me as her daughter I could not stay quite. I hope Cinnabon doesn’t allow there employees to treat the customers with this disrespect. If the manger or business sees this I have the employees name and there’s cameras to see her actions.

Lady who worked around 4:30 at the register had a very bad attitude. She threw our orders into the bag and shoved the bag into our direction, bag she gave was also ripped. Please fix her attitude and customer service skills. Retrain her. I would give a 0 star review but since that’s not possible, you get a 1 ?

I recently visited Cinnabon around 8 PM on a Thursday and had a terrible experience. When I asked the staff if the Cinnabons were sold individually or by set, they responded by mocking and joking around, making me feel disrespected and uncomfortable. A group of male staff members were responsible for this rude behavior. Normally, I feel bad about leaving a store without making a purchase, but their attitude was so unprofessional and unpleasant that I had to leave immediately. This was an awful experience, and I won't be returning.
A visit to Cinnabon is always a must, I love the cinnamon rolls.
