Dude. If you go to Pike Place, go to Cinnamon Works first, so you get a gluten free monster cookie before they run out. And while you're there, get everything else they have that's gluten free. And a hot chocolate. Even if it takes a couple days to finish it, it's still so good. I want one so bad right now I'm about to drive downtown.

I got the maple syrup roll, it was ok, not too sweet. Super expensive though, 7 usd for a roll? Come on!
Cinnamon Works is part of Pikes Place Market, which is a vibe. The gluten free cookies were enormous! Everything we tried - snickerdoodle, cinnamon raisin and chocolate chip cookies were delicious. The system of ordering and paying is a little inefficient though it's well worth the visit.

Cookies are huge, but expensive and rather tasteless.

This cookie is huge, enough for 2-3 people. It's nice and warm. I found it pretty good plus I like cookies. I feel like it could use just a tiny bit cleaning.

They announce that they have several sugar-free options but this is not the case upon arrival. So much so that when I asked the staff what sugar-free options were available they were puzzled by the inquiry.

We ordered a peanut butter cookie! The wait was short, workers were nice, and the serving size was HUGE!

We were drawn in by the aroma of cinnamon rolls, and found out they had this Infaltion buster deal, which comes with a cup of black drip coffee, and a cinnamon roll. The cinnamon roll tasted alright though.

I gave 4 stars because although they have a lovely selection of Gluten Free pastries (muffins, cinnamon rolls, and cookies), the soy latte I ordered came out burnt and sour! The muffin I got was good though and nice location!

Ran to this place after seeing all the reviews. Not sure if it’s because I arrived late - got there at 3.30pm and grabbed the last vegan donut. Very doughy, dry and stale. Definately not worth the 6.5 dollars! Waste of money. The rest of my family had the regular ones and were equally unimpressed
Quant Pike Place institution with huge portions! They pretty much just serve cinnamon rolls, cookies, and muffins, plus some hot drinks like coffee and tea. Nothing here will blow your socks off, but it's all plenty tasty and satisfying. The cookies are my favorite, especially the peanut butter, monster, and chocolate chip. The sticky bun is also pretty good. They have an option to get your cookie topped with icing, sprinkles, cinnamon, chocolate chips, and a host of other goodies, which is fun! And of course, lots of options which are vegan, gluten-free, or both!

I stopped by with my sister-in-law, who has celiac disease, and she asked for a gluten-free cinnamon roll around 3:40 PM. The staff member — with a pink shag haircut, cool tattoos, and piercings — handed it to her without issue. When she then politely asked if she could also get a cookie, the response was unexpectedly sharp: “We’re closing soon,” followed by a refusal to serve her anything else. It was only 3:45, and the shop closes at 4.
There was no line, no rush, and no visible reason for that kind of attitude. I was genuinely taken aback by how unnecessarily dismissive the interaction felt. A simple, polite request was met with an abrupt refusal.
I understand that people have rough days, but professionalism and basic courtesy should still be part of the job — especially when serving someone with dietary restrictions. This experience left a disappointing impression, and I won’t be returning.

Their giant pumpkin chocolate chip cookies is delicious. My son sent me a box of them overnight. They traveled well all the way from Seattle to Georgia. I appreciate how well they packaged the treats!!!!

Dry, overpriced cookies. Staff was aloof and unfriendly. Threw the cookies away and went to get something else.
