Place is closing and they have already given up. Food was bad, staff on autopilot and mood dour. Wish it wasn't closing, used to be a great place and we really don't need another Purple wine bar.

Server was weird. Inexperienced. Put in the wrong dish. When it came out we said it's fine we will keep the dish then we can start eating together and no need to waste the food. They said no they put in the correct order now and will try to sell the first dish to someone else, which was weird since it was ready then so it's just going to sit under a lamp. So then we said ok fine we will take that second dish too and eat it tomorrow. They said ok but you have to pay for it. And we said yup we were trying to avoid you throwing that food away, we will pay for it. So odd and off putting. Food was fine.

The service and food were excellent. Everyone in my party was very satisfied with their meal (and they aren't the easiest crowd to please). Fiasco did a great job adding a flare to traditional Italian cuisine. The beetroot & citrus salad and the goaty-goat-goat pizza were my favorite.

The hostess was initially put off by the fact that we preferred not to be seated at the table in the middle of the room, right by the door. We had a reservation that indicated this was a special event but she did not seem to note that. She asked a manager if we could switch to a high top, and I appreciate the change. It made a difference to our experience. Our server, Luke, was outstanding.

Had an exceptional time, as I do every time I visit this place! Roland was my server and they were also just as amazing as they are every time I visit. Can't wait to visit again soon!

We recently dined at Fiasco and had a generally pleasant experience. The food was absolutely fantastic, with a variety of delicious options that left us thoroughly satisfied. The atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, and the hosts were lovely and attentive. However, we did encounter a bit of an inconvenience with our seating. We had reserved online for indoor seating, but upon arrival, we were seated outside. Despite informing them of our preference for indoor seating, they couldn't accommodate the change. This was particularly troublesome because it was quite windy outside, which made the dining experience less comfortable than it could have been indoors. Despite this hiccup, the overall experience was good, and we would still recommend Fiasco for its great food and charming ambiance. Just make sure to double-check your seating arrangements if you have specific preferences!

Au jus was incredibly over salted to the point of barely being edible, dumplings were bad, carrots were undercooked, and the service was poor with our waitress ignoring our table of two. Would not recommend.

My son and I enjoyed everything about the experience. Our server was understanding and went the extra mile. I have a gluten allergy and my son is vegetarian. We make quite a team when we dine. Our server made it no big deal! He also recommended a wine and it was fabulous. I recommend this place!

Fantastic food and long wait time between ordering and our food arriving. They may have forgotten about us. Their service is consistently pretty slow which doesn't usually bother me - just good to know heading into a meal there. Love the environment.

Great food. Great service (although a little slow due to busy Father's Day weekend). We were seated in the main area, which was bright with daylight and at a comfortable noise level. We were initially seated in the inside area, which was dark and quite loud due to large groups with kids. YMMV. We liked the food and the service. Would make this one of our regular spots for happy hour going forward.

We arrived a little late but it seemed to be okay, we were sat right away. The food was really good and came out in an appropriate time. It was designed really well and I didn't notice it being too loud so I think the ambience was great.

Excellent food, very friendly servers. Temperature inside was also quite comfortable (on a very unseasonably warm summer day). Our table of 6 all ordered different dishes and drinks, each of which was thoroughly enjoyed. We will absolutely come again for brunch.

We went for dinner on a Sunday night. Two adults and 6 year old kid. We had a starter, three entrees, three drinks, and dessert. Service was incredibly quick, no problems with modifications requested, everything was delicious and we went home with quality leftovers that they boxed up for us. Less than $80 before tip. Excellent experience. Will go again soon.

We really enjoyed the food. Everything we had was delicious. We sat in the swing chairs so ambiance was great. Service was super attentive but not over bearing Loved this place. Will definitely be back.

The ambiance is very cool, lots of warm lighting and open interior. But the food was not great and pretty expensive considering the quality. I would come here for a drink because the vibe is fun, but even our cocktails were unexpectedly small given the price.
