It's a large place and friendly employees and customers.
As a musician of 20+ years, and having attended many shows across the country, this was by far the absolute worst sound I've heard at a venue. I was merely an attendee for this show, showing up to support a friend.
You couldn't hear the opener, no sound was going through the main speakers, only the monitors. The acoustic guitar sounded like it was underwater. Several attendees went over to try and help the sound engineer, who seemed to not know anything about the console or running sound. About 4 songs before the end of the openers set, the sound engineer left because they had "an early morning tomorrow".
Headliner was delayed an hour and 15 minutes from when they were supposed to go on. My recommendation is that if you have to play here, bring your own sound engineer or don't come at all. The opener, headliner, and attendees deserve financial compensation for how bad this was.

Many Peruvian events are held here, and there are good options to go to but unfortunately the management of the place is terrible, they don't serve you, they have a bad face, I feel sorry for them, we will have to find another place to go to events, the waitresses serve you poorly, you They leave you waiting for hours and in the end they tell you that it's all over, terrible, I won't come back and I won't recommend the place
