Randomly stumbled upon this restaurant while looking for crepes.

The crepes were good, but their dessert toast stole the show. It was very impressive looking and tasted great. I will be back!

Edit: Came back and had Bingsu (new favorite item from them), Egg Benedict croissant, and soufflé pancakes. Never had soufflé pancakes before so I expected them to be a little more fluffy like a traditional soufflé, but still good. Just a little expensive...
I tried souffle pancakes a few times from other places, even one in Japan, and the one I had here was definitely my favorite of all the ones I've tried. I got the strawberry one and it was really tasty and exactly what I wanted it to be. Recommend sharing between 2 people. It comes with vanilla ice cream which I wasn't expecting.

I also had the avocado toast with poached egg on top and it was normal, can't complain. I wish they had some non-pork...
I will be back. Probably multiple times. With multiple friends. We made a plan to come here after one of us had tried the strawberry cloud soufflé. He used the term Hoover to explain how quickly he had inhaled his pancakes. Less than three minutes he said. Having been here now, I completely believe it.

My decision was to order both the eggs Benedict with bacon soufflé pancakes and the strawberry cloud pancakes. I honestly thought I was gonna be able to save...
