Cute spot! First time coming here and it was a good experience. They have the drinks, food, and secure Wi-Fi with the password displayed when you go to order. Also a bathroom, though it was out of order so I didn’t get the opportunity to see how disability accessible it was.

I paid about $8 for a medium drink after tip (see photos) and it was good. Not so hot I couldn’t drink it right away, which was a nice change to literally every other hot coffee I’ve ever had in my life. 😂

The shop was actually pretty accessible- no stairs or lip to enter the door, and plenty of space to walk around. Large motorized wheelchairs and scooters might have some trouble getting between the ordering counter and the railing/display section though- I had to back out of it with my rollator instead of getting to turn around fully with a 180°.

They’ve got small square tables with a single chair on one side, and a full wall lined with a booth style cushion. My rollator fit between the tables with room to spare for someone else to move past.

Well-lit, clean, and there wasn’t any loud music overtaking people’s conversations.

It was a lovely spot, and I’m glad my friend and I came. Thanks! ☕️

Who knew Vietnamese coffee was so strong. I love it! Wish there were more location around Washington. Definitely worth every penny. The coffeeholic dream is sooooo good! Their blueberry Danishes are also phenomenal better than some well known bakeries in Ballard I've been to.

My partner and I go here for a morning coffee when we get the chance. The coffee is good, on the sweeter side, but we go there as a treat! They also host Sonrisa donuts every now and again, which is a nice bonus. The staff is great, the coffee is good, and sometimes the seating gets grabbed quickly, but it's worth it nonetheless!

If you haven't tried their Vietnamese Coffee or their Ube Foam topping, or their other AMAZING specialty drinks, you are missing out BIG TIME!!

My friend and I got the coffeholic and the purple haze. The purple haze was less sweet. The cheese foam on the coffeholic was addictive delicious 😋.

New to the area and the name of the place sold me on where I needed to be. I'm really impressed with the white hazel latte and that it's already oatmilk so no ridiculous overcharging for swapping milks. I also tried the bacon egg croissant! Perfectly warmed and still flaky and soft. They offer other quick breakfast pastries as well. Quiet atmosphere with wifi as well as a bathroom accessible only by key which I think is a good idea. All around satisfied with the morning.

Always a great time at coffeeholic! For anyone who is new to vietnamese coffee or to Coffeeholic, I would highly recommend trying the coffeeholic dream (iced) with ube drizzle! If you don't like your coffee too sweet, you may want to skip the ube drizzle. I personally love the pandan cold foam latte and often get that (photo below). It's a great way to experience vietnamese coffee with great staff and atmosphere! My favorite location of the three they currently have!

The coffee tastes okay. I tried the espresso, and it is still tasting good. Maybe it is not the best coffee. the taste is a little bitter, and it is citric. The barista it was so kind, and the prices are okay.

I don’t usually write reviews, but wow. Honestly surprised this is even called coffee. I respect the hustle the girl has behind the counter, but it was also rough to watch her move in a way in which she had no idea what was going on. Coffee 1/10.
Do not order the teriyaki chicken sandwich. The chicken is clearly many days old. Has that weird taste when you cook and freeze chicken. 1/10. The blueberry pastry was the only thing I ended up eating. Clearly not made in house, but it was ok. Would not recommend if you actually enjoy real coffee and food. Hope this helps.

I hate to complain because the girls are genuinely very sweet here, but it's a classic example of being 'nice' versus being 'kind' in this case.
The first time I came here, I ordered the Vietnamese coffee because it is notably stronger, but I wasn't familiar with condensed milk and didn't really feel like doing research. I counted on the girls to give me honest feedback about what it was. They told us that it "wasn't that sweet", so I went ahead and ordered it. I'm pretty sure I asked for light ice at the time and I got a regular amount of ice. The coffee ended up being way too sweet, and I have a sensitivity to sugar. I dealt with it because I had already ordered and just left it at that.
It did give me amazing energy for work all day, but my stomach suffered for it. My best friend is also diabetic and shouldn't be having things that are too sweet.

The next time I came for coffee, I got the half sweet and light ice, and they give me a full amount of ice again. This time I noticed what happened, and came back. I ended up coming back and showing them the full cup of ice I still had after finishing my coffee. They told me that the same amount of coffee is in the cup because of how they measure it.
So instead of filling the rest with plain unsweetened milk or water (since I want it less sweet anyway), or suggesting a smaller size cup (as a certain name brand competitor has suggested in the past,) they automatically made an assumption that I was trying to get more coffee.
I want less ice because it's cold outside and cold drinks hurt my throat. I didn't want to have to explain all that.

The girls really need to work on their problem-solving skills instead of making these rude assumptions, and work on their sense of initiative. I will not be coming back.
Also please stop telling people that the drinks aren't that sweet when they are in fact heckin' sweet.

Delicious drinks. Had seasonal pistachio latte. Always nice staff. Music or families can be loud and at times but usually quiet enough to work most of the time. Nice addition to
