Coffeemind is one of those spots that make you feel right at home. The coffee here is pretty darn good—perfect for getting your day rolling or keeping you awake just enough to finish your to-do list without jittering off your chair. The pastries and savory offerings pair wonderfully with their drinks, providing just the right amount of comfort and flavor.
However, Coffeemind has one glaring flaw: its Wi-Fi, or lack thereof. From the looks of it, the router is practically an antique, and the internet connection is so spotty that it seems to have a mind of its own—one that’s rebellious and stuck in the past. What's saddening is that this could be fixed with what is probably a $100 investment in a modern router. And yet, despite this issue persisting for over a year, the owner hasn't made the change.
It's genuinely sad because Coffeemind is such a gem in the Queen Anne neighborhood, an area that prides itself on community charm and modern convenience. This café could easily become the perfect spot for locals to work and connect if only it weren't for the tech time travel situation. In the meantime, I’ll keep hoping for an upgrade because Coffeemind deserves to be a staple go-to for everyone in the area, sans the Wi-Fi woes.

The coffee itself is great. The person making the coffee is very sweet and made great drinks. The person taking the orders, however, is kind of rude and made us feel uncomfortable when ordering. Would love to visit again but that interaction was very off putting.

We stopped here to get some coffee and waste a little time before boarding our cruise ship. We we're treated terrible. Do not go here if your a white person wearing a PFG American flag hat. The 2 people working the counter looked at me walking in and then wouldn't even make eye contact with us as we ordered our coffees. It was borderline hostile and cold shoulder treatment. No courtesy or warm treatment. Just quickly made us the absolute worst tasting coffee I'd ever tasted. I also ordered the coffee cake and it tasted like dawn dish soap. So the service was awful and the food and coffee was awful. I would strongly recommend anyone to stay very far away from this place, especially if your white people. I've never felt so uncomfortable in my life.

Excited to discover this spot tucked in on the other side of the hill! The barista was super nice & made me a great cortado. Excited to try Armistice beans, which he offered to grind for me. Next time I will bring a friend for a walk after a meal, & get the Turkish coffee.
