From the beginning to the end the service was amazing. Everyone was very attentive and nice.
The food was on another level. We tried the queso, guacamole and salsa. They were all amazing! The queso especially was just…. Wow! It seemed to get more flavorful the more you taste it.
I got the Colibri enchiladas as an entree and they were so great. Although all 3 enchiladas were super good the mole enchilada was by far my favorite one 💜

Colibri is hands down my new favorite spot! The atmosphere is amazing and super welcoming. Everyone who works there makes you feel like a friend. The drinks are strong, unique, and different than what you find at most Mexican restaurants. The chips, guac, and all the food are made fresh, and you can totally taste it. Portions are generous, and honestly, the prices are way better than most places in Seattle. Best food in the area by far. I’ll definitely be back again.

Really underwhelming food. You know it’s going to be a bad Mexican restaurant when the tortilla chips are not fresh, just warmed bagged chips.
The guacamole tasted like it came from a store bought container, veggie fajitas had very little flavor, and the tortillas that came with it weren’t even steamed - they were still cold.
To top it off, the prices are quite high. It wasn’t the absolute worst Mexican food I had in terms of taste but it was the worst value given the high prices.

Bland, dry meats. We got the chicken tamal, beef avo tostada, chicken quesadilla, and margaritas. Food covered in shredded cheese and sour cream. Not authentic Mexican food. More similar to Taco Bell but no flavor or spice. Hot sauce and lime wedges could help but the food needs improvement. Very sweet staff and great location. I’m sorry, it wasn’t good food. 🙁
Too expensive for what it is. I will be giving it another try though

I work in Chophouse Row and I was so excited when I saw this place was opening. The food is SO good, the service is wonderful, and the owners are so nice. My wife and I have been about 10 times and we’ve had a wonderful experience every time. So excited to have these guys in Chophouse Row!!

Wow what an amazing experience! Our waitress was wonderful…friendly, kind and super helpful!! The food was so delicious (fajitas and enchiladas)! The margaritas were so fresh I asked for the recipe of their infused homemade tequila!!
Over all we will be coming back every time we come back to Seattle!

The food was just ok. Was expecting a lot more given the 5 star rating. They charge for chips and salsa which is ok, but it's prolly too spicy for most. I like it spicy and it definitely had kick. Way too spicy as you reg salsa. The rest of our food(fajitas and nachos)...meh. Good service cute place.
