Colibri is hands down my new favorite spot! The atmosphere is amazing and super welcoming. Everyone who works there makes you feel like a friend. The drinks are strong, unique, and different than what you find at most Mexican restaurants. The chips, guac, and all the food are made fresh, and you can totally taste it. Portions are generous, and honestly, the prices are way better than most places in Seattle. Best food in the area by far. I’ll definitely be back again.
Had a fantastic dinner! Happy hour margarita and queso followed by steak fajitas. The portions were as generous as they were delicious. Rare level of excellent customer service! Will be back.

The food was on another level. We tried the queso, guacamole and salsa. They were all amazing! The queso especially was just…. Wow! It seemed to get more flavorful the more you taste it.
I got the Colibri enchiladas as an entree and they were so great. Although all 3 enchiladas were super good the mole enchilada was by far my favorite one 💜
