Very surprised that no one else has noticed this, but this place has a major RAT infestation. While sitting in this restaurant having a drink, I looked out the window and noticed DOZENS of large rats. Then, I watched their behavior and they were going from the kitchen of this restaurant to the outside.
It’s abysmal that a restaurant serving a $50+ ribeye would have this issue! Stay far away.
Too salty and too spicy. Overpriced for what food you do get.

👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼Collections Cafe (or The Bar, there’s been a renaming of the cafe that is still confusing) next to the Chihuly Glass Museum and Garden serves good food in a fun, lovely, and quiet atmosphere. Tables and decor feature various rotating collections from Dale Chihuly, the famous glass artist.
We enjoyed lunch on a Thursday so, it was not crowded. We had the beef sliders and the french fries with garlic, truffle oil and parmesan cheese. Very delicious.
🚗 Free street parking is hard to find in that area but you can get garage parking. Bus stops are located near the museum and cafe.
NOTE: You cannot enter the cafe from the museum. You must enter through a separate entrance that’s on the other side of the building.

Was pretty good food. Expensive but it was a really good atmosphere. $12 for fries is crazy but maybe that’s just me.

Lunch was good! The plating was super fun and impressive. Our waitress was not having the best day and as such the service wasn’t the best, but would certainly give it another visit based on the food alone.

I've been a few times so far to grab a coffee and do some work, and each time is absolutely refreshing. Appreciate the quality ingredients, the environment, and the service/knowledge from the baristas.
