Best pizza ever! The sauce tasted so vibrant, the sausage and peppers offered just the right amount of spicy, the crust - perfection! Top it off with iced Limoncello on a beautiful summer evening. Every visit to Seattle will now include Coltiva!

Coltiva Pizzeria offers an awesome pizza experience with stretchy cheese, flavorful toppings, and soft crust. The sausage and fennel pizza stood out with its fresh ingredients. The wine recommendation was excellent, and the drinks, including yummy spritz and espresso martinis, were delicious. Despite the crowds, the pizzas and salads were great, especially the squash pizza, which was noted for its fantastic toppings. The salad special, featuring arugula, blueberries, and a whole burrata on top, was huge and delicious. Fast service makes it a perfect spot before a show at Climate Pledge Arena. Guests have left satisfied, with one even receiving help from staff to retrieve a forgotten item.
