This place is incredible — hands down some of the best pizza and salad in Seattle. Seriously, it’s divine! Unique hours and cozy spaces part of the charm of small businesses, dont pay to complainers and spoiled whiners below. Totally worth it.

I don’t understand how this place survives with such poor communication.
I love their pizza (hence the two stars instead of one), but I’ve had as many bad experiences as good ones.
Once (months ago), Google Maps said they were open, but when we showed up, the staff told us they would be opening an hour later.
Another time, we wanted to order takeout during normal business hours. Not right at opening and not 30 minutes before closing. Their ToastTab account said online ordering (for pickup) was unavailable. I called them, and apparently it was available. Ordering shouldn’t be this complicated in 2026.
Today, again, I checked Google Maps and made sure they were open until 10 pm. I arrived at 8:45 pm and was told by a staff member that they were closing early and the stove had already been turned off.
I’m only giving three examples, but this has happened many times. Coltiva has lost a lot of business from us because of this inconsistency. We live nearby, so it’s one of the first places that comes to mind when we want good food, but the misleading information about business and takeout hours makes it unreliable.
We shouldn’t have to call a restaurant to confirm whether it’s open during its LISTED BUSINESS HOURS. You CAN open later or close earlier if you want, but you need to COMMUNICATE that clearly on your online platforms.
I’m also adding screenshots from Google Maps and Apple Maps to show the inconsistency.
And please, don’t offer me a “discount for the inconvenience” or anything like that until you fix this issue.

Amazing service. Great beer. Great wine. I really enjoyed the pizza. Don’t let the menu trick you, easily serves two. Full but no wait during NFC championship game

It was a very good meal. The Brussels sprouts were wonderful, the pizzas great. The only miss was the focaccia. Very heavy on the olives, for our party at least. But it was plenty of good food for a good price in a pleasant setting right near our theater (or the Opera House or Climate Change Arena). We were very happy. Highly recommend.

Pizza is all about the dough. These people have no idea the dough they make would make Italians cry.

We were seated as soon as the doors opened for the evening. Unfortunately we didn't get to partake of the food. After ordering and receiving drinks we were informed the pizza oven was malfunctioning. We hope to return in the future.

We found this place prior to a concert at Climate Pledge. It was a great spot for us before the concert with a nice to go box for rhe trip home. Great spot, recommend it if you are in the area.

This tiny restaurant was perfect place for my wife and I. Nice wine list. The pizzas are baked in a fired oven. The girl waiting on us (from Florida) was charming. If you desire only pizza, check this little jewel out.

Not handicap accessible. Place is tiny inside and outside it's small. Chairs are uncomfortable. Menu is limited, but the pizza was good .

Super cute, small mom and pop restaurant. Creative and flavorful specials, pizza done well, dough could use a pinch or 4 of salt for more flavor and the pies were cooked 30-45 seconds short. Besides that, flavors and ingredients were a winner!
