Always a great spot for a pint. Super chill and inclusive, you just gotta be willing to play the game. Will you be ignored by a bartender who looks like Rob Halford? Yes. Will you get the drink you ordered? Probably. But the Comet is about more than semantics. It's the kind of place where you are reminded of what it means to be at a real bar. It has some of the strongest OG pub energy you could want combined with good music and decent folks.

You know, I absolutely love this place, even though I get lost every time I come to Seattle. I have to go on a scavenger hunt every single time I go to Seattle. I love it, and it makes it fun. Then, when I come to this place, it's even better. There's a bartender in this establishment who was the most decent and beautiful person. This is the reason why I love coming to this place. It makes me remember all the good times in Seattle.

Cool atmosphere of the old bar’s history, but the bartender could’ve been cooler to match the vibe. He was a stickler and wouldn't exchange my drink out when I didn’t like the first one he made me. Guess I hurt his feelings.
