My daughter and I visited Conduit Coffee at 27140 Glen Loch Dr. today where we unfortunately encountered rude and unprofessional customer service from their employee, Sara.
Sara approached our table after we purchased two bottles of water to inform us that we were not welcome due to having a coffee cup from another establishment.
