My daughter and I visited Conduit Coffee at 27140 Glen Loch Dr. today where we unfortunately encountered rude and unprofessional customer service from their employee, Sara. Sara approached our table after we purchased two bottles of water to inform us that we were not welcome due to having a coffee cup from another establishment. I explained to her that my daughter hadn’t drink any and was willing to bring it back to the car. She was extremely loud and unprofessional, even going so far as to raise her voice and yell at us. Little did she know, we were planning to purchase desserts from Conduit to eat while my daughter finished her assignment. While my daughter had briefly stepped next door to get our dinner, we had no intention of eating it in the coffee shop. When we asked to speak with the owners, Christina and Robyn, we were told they were unavailable. I calmly requested a refund and left. Another employee, Katt, acknowledged that Sara’s behavior was "rude and unprofessional" in his own words. He did step to the side to speak with her privately. Other patrons witnessed the situation and were equally shocked as Sara loudly chastised us. It was especially upsetting because, after leaving the counter, she treated the next customers with politeness and care, which left us wondering why we were singled out. My daughter, visibly upset, asked me, "What did we do wrong?" It broke my heart to explain that not everyone is kind, and I apologized for her experience. Katt was kind enough to refund our purchase, and we left. As a business owner myself, I’m deeply disappointed that an employee like Sara could tarnish the reputation of such a beloved neighborhood spot. If this is how she treats customers, she should reconsider her role in customer service and could benefit from training to improve her people skills. We will not be returning to this establishment, especially considering the emotional impact it had on my daughter. Until there’s a change, I plan to spread the word and encourage others to avoid this otherwise great coffee shop. It was truly an unfortunate experience.
Very friendly and great tasting coffee! Thanks :)
Coffee beans may be good but not the buying experience. First time buyer ordered online to pick up after reading reviews, put in conduit coffee in google map and went to pick up and the place was closed. Waited a week to see if i am going to hear anything. Emailed a week later asking to cancel. The person replied me with all the obvious answer in the email (roast on monday, deliver on Tuesday, and delivery options) but not the important piece of information, where to pick up. How will people who are not familiar with your brand know it's two separate location? The email just state kickstand pickup.
Seattle gem run by globally-conscious and down to earth team who can make the simple act of enjoying a cup of coffee feel like home!
Great people, great coffee
Very friendly and great tasting coffee! Thanks :)
Great coffee and great mission. I am so excited for their kickstand! I only wish I lived closer.
Incredible coffee, friendly vibe
Amazing coffee, great time on a tour. I learned a lot.
Conduit Coffee is incredible and their team has been outstanding to work with! Shaun has generously given of his time to train our team on the science and art of creating exceptional coffee, capturing the most satisfying and dynamic flavors from their quality beans. His passion for coffee and Conduit is contagious and energizing! Koku Café and Market is excited to be serving coffee from our neighbors at Conduit!

Definitely my favorite coffee place
I first came across a sample of their coffee and was hooked. I order it online and love it. The beans are so aromatic and flavorful! So worth it!
Love this place. Such a cool vibe in here. Delicious coffee and great service. Jesse is extremely knowledge and delivers great tasting coffee. Something for everyone. You won’t be disappointed.
Visiting the open house is neat! Everyone is very kind and I like asking questions about how they deliver so much coffee - by bike - in Seattle. Bought three bags of beans via the bicycle benefits deal, and my coworkers and I have been enjoying them.
A roaster, not a coffee shop/cafe, that offers a range of fine blends and single origins. Their coffees are found in numerous locations in Seattle. Tuesday is open house day when you can try the coffees. This roaster clearly knows coffee!
