Best Ethiopian food in Seattle area!! Everything is cooked to perfection and seasoned just right. Big portion sizes too! Nicely decorated and great customer service. 11/10! Highly recommend to all!!

Went to Conspagna on a whim, we were hungry for Ethiopian food and this place was close and open.
Love that they were open late on a Thursday, that is rare to find in Seattle!! The food was incredible!! I’m mostly vegetarian but my friends wanted to try the lamb Tibs as well as the veggie platter. I said I was just going to try one bite of the Tibs but it was so good I couldn’t stop. The veggie platter was loaded with different lentil and veggie dishes, all so good!! I jumped from dish to dish, each time I made it back around to a dish I’d already tried it was like tasting it again for the first time!!
Not to mention the staff was incredible! So kind and inviting.
We were a table of 4 and ordered two platters, extra njera, and a bottle of Tej. Total came out just over $100 and my belly is well full and very happy!!
This was an amazing meal, I will definitely be back!

I ordered the veggie combo from this restaurant by phone last week, and unfortunately my experience was disappointing.

First, I was told the total was $37 after tax, but the menu price clearly shows $27. Even with tax, the total should not have been that high, and I felt misled about the cost.

Second, after eating the veggie combo, I became sick and had stomach issues for several days. I can’t say for sure if the vegetables were expired, but the food did not seem fresh and I felt very unwell afterward.

I called my bank about the overcharge, but I also wanted to share my experience here so others are aware. I hope the restaurant takes more care with both pricing transparency and the freshness of their food.

One of the finest and authentic Ethiopian restaurants in Seattle!! Everything we ate was delicious. I would recommend the veggie platter and the meat platter (called Metebaber, off the menu).

As an habesha girl who love food, I found my place. Delicious food, excellent service, and such a cozy vibe—highly recommend! Chef John who’s the owner has 20+ years of experience and he is humble to earth man. His attention for details makes him the best chef. You can eat any food there, feel the flavor on your budget.

There service sucks we ordered to go they said it would be ready in 20 minutes we had to wait extra 30 minutes which makes the total wait time 50 min and they don’t even apologize for their mistake .there food also sucks I won’t recommend this place plus they are over priced

What an incredible spot! The food is absolutely delicious full of bold flavors and clearly made with love and attention to detail.
