Located at the Thompson Hyatt, Conversation offers a beautifully designed space with a nice view of the Sound. The breakfast menu features five entrees, including the delicious steel cut oats and salmon Benedict. The ambiance inside is pleasant, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Pricing is reasonable for a hotel restaurant, and the coffee is delicious. For dinner, guests enjoyed the roasted oysters, chile butter shrimp, and eggplant lasagna. The potato cakes were a hit as well. Whether you're staying at the Thompson or exploring downtown near Pike Place Market, Conversation is a great spot for a nice meal with upscale service.
