Honestly pretty darn underrated as quality of chicken. Spicy is on point. Fun staff, great patio, will go frequently.

The lady running the register was very rude. It was my second time there and I asked if by chance she may have ordered me a three spice instead of a two spice because this time I couldn’t even eat the chicken for it being two spicey. She just said no she gave the two spice and that “they know there spices”. She didn’t offer to re make with a different spice or anything. I’ve had two bites and can’t even eat it. It’s sad the chicken is good but the services was so bad it’s sad. 😢

Micro plastics. They serve you food in plastics. I don't know what happened to plates and hard menus in restaurants but serving hot foods in plastic containers is a big no. It's well known by now that micro plastics leech out when plastic gets hot. If I'm getting a takeout then I understand I'm signing up for this, but if I'm eating there then I don't want to be served in plastic containers.

It's a shame because the food is really good here.

By far my favorite chicken sandwich spot in all of Seattle. The chicken breasts on the sandwich are always big and juicy. My top 2 favorites are the Slawsome and the Hot Honey. I usually order them at Level 4 ghost pepper spicy which is very hot but still enjoyable for someone who can handle the heat.

Came in randomly after looking on Google Maps to see what was in the area and had one of the best chicken sandwiches ever. Highly recommend!

I really love spicy chicken, and Cookie’s makes fantastic chicken. However, they didn’t deliver my full meal today (missed a side). I was already wondering whether it would be enough food, and now it definitely isn’t. My advice to anybody ordering food to-go from here is to check your order before leaving.

overall kinda disappointing :( i LOVE fried chicken and had been wanting to try this place. ordered the poutine, spicy level 3, the chicken was way too salty and pretty dry, cheese came out cold, and there wasn’t much gravy. maybe other dishes are better, but this one missed the mark for me

I had the barn burner and it was fantastic! Best chicken sandwich in Seattle for both quality and price which is hard to come by in this town.

It was pretty decent. They have lunch specials so I got 2 tenders and one side. I got one sauce and a coke which made it close to $20 when it was all said and done. It was all fresh out of the fryer and the fries were quite delectable.

I'll be back again.
