Excellent spirits. Very informative Texas dude. Love their attitude towards local\\sustainability ingredients.
Stopped by here when we were touring the wharf. Had a flight of their samplers. All good - cocktails are available.
Lori was amazing!
Very good distiller. Tried the plum gin. Knowledgeable staff
Had a great tasting, really enjoyed all their offerings. Cool environment to see the distillery and do a tasting. Grabbed a couple bottles while I was there.
Fantastic experience! Great staff and great whisky! Highly recommend!
Copperworks Distilling is the kind of place that makes you feel like a local—even if you just walked in off the street googling “whiskey near me.” The staff is incredibly friendly and knows their stuff. I’m talking whiskey, gin, Seattle history... possibly even your astrological sign.
Getting a flight is a must—whiskey, gin, or both if you’re feeling brave and/or fabulous. It’s like a tasting tour for your taste buds, and by the end, you’ll probably be convinced you’re a sophisticated spirits connoisseur.
What’s even cooler? They do special blends for local restaurants, so chances are you’ve already sipped a bit of Copperworks magic without even realizing it.
And yes, I walked out with a bottle of their finest, feeling like I’d just adopted a very well-behaved, oak-aged pet. Highly recommend. This place is smooth in all the right ways.
The tasting was great. We had the gin. From botanicals to a plum version. All were excellent quality. Snacks available but a restaurant opening soon in the tasting room. Farm to table, all locally sourced. Well be back then.
I also had a shot of their single malt Scotch. Lots of oak. Maybe C+
Great place with great whiskey and spirits
I would have loved the opportunity to get in a tour of their distilling tour but sadly the day we were there, they were scheduled for a fire drill (which never came while we visited). I was able to view it through the full glass windows and to talk to the owners. Having been to Islay and having our own distillery in Victoria, Copperworks was a magical find as we did a city walk. We did sample some of their spirits and I bought a bottle to bring home to Canada to enjoy at my leisure.

Fantastic whiskey and try the plum gin it’s quite good. Just watch out for the standard gin it packs quite the kick. The staff is super friendly and helpful and they have a military discount. Great spot to stop by for a tour or a tasting of local spirits.
Fantastic whiskey. Didn’t expect this level of quality!
Nice tasting room with high quality of spirits. Friendly staff. There were no snack options during our visit, had to byo snacks from a store nearby.
Great time tasting different types of whiskey, vodka, and gin
Discovered Copperworks last year while in town. Returned this year and did the tour and tasting again. Aubrey did our tour and is an absolute pro. Her knowledge and ability to impart it to the whiskey noob and whiskey pro alike is the best I've seen across many years and tours in my whiskey journey.
