My husband and I were only staying in Seattle for a night and it was my birthday so he chose Cortina. I can without a doubt say that it was one of the most delicious dinners we have ever had. It was insanely good. The flavor profiles were outstanding and the service was impeccable. 10/10 recommend!
Solid execution of a Italian cuisine. Salad over-deessed. Very long wait between first and second courses. So many hard surfaces that it was very loud with other dinner's yelling at to be heard. Why don't restauranters hire acoustic engineers? Convenient location, difficult parking, many other better choices in Seattle. I have been to at least five times.
Cortina offers a refined dining experience that artfully balances warmth with opulence. The restaurant was immaculately maintained, and the atmosphere created the perfect backdrop for a calm yet upscale evening.
