The new policy is to: 1 order at the kiosk. 2. stand in line for 20+ minutes and to show them your receipt 3 then get your food, if it's ready or wait longer for them to get your food started. Apparently, they are no longer calling out order numbers. On a non busy Tuesday afternoon(2pm), the wait was over half an hour, only to be told they would start the whole pizza I ordered 50+ minutes ago(I ordered it when I arrived, did my shopping and came back to grab it not knowing the system was now this chaotic mess), it would be ready in fifteen minutes. The last time I waited this long at the food court it was 5:00 on a Friday the day before the 4th of July.
Apparently this is the new system. Upon hearing it would be 15 or more minutes, I asked for a refund and was told I had to go somewhere else. That was still faster than waiting yet longer for the pizza.

To be honest, I recently bought pizazz from Costco. The first time I bought pizazz, the crust was dry and hard. I don't know when it was baked and no one wanted it, so they gave it to me. I bought it again today, and the crust was thin and dry, and the sauce was salty. In short, it's not as delicious as the previous pizazz.

Was planning on buying lunch for one of my customers. Called the food court phone number.. nobody picked up. Called again nobody picked up.. I wanted to order four full pizzas in advance because I know it can take time.
I show up and order.. and they say it’s going to take an hour. This was at 10:30am; when they are least busy. Seriously guys? If you want to inform customers about wait times, then you need to pick up the phone! Service 101!
Please make sure your phone number for the food court works and somebody is actually picking it up.

dry burnt chicken bakes. went on two separate occasions and they both tasted like eating cardboard. solid pizza and hot dogs though

After multiple visits for whole pizza, and some shopping. The line at the register will set you back 20 minutes. So when you are ready to go to checkout. Call the food court and pre order. And then you will get served instantly after checkout.
Good luck getting a chicken Caesar salad, because they are always out. Management needs to hire more help.

Love this Costco, but the food court definitely needs improvement. Be prepared to wait quite longer for your food here than any other Costco. But then again it is Costco and the food is a great price.
Mysteriously dropped a cookie today on the way out and was assured by the rest of the kind employees it wouldn’t be a big deal to get another one at the food court. However it was a VERY BIG ISSUE for Greg to give me one. While the employees are generally kind, don’t expect that same disposition at the food court. They don’t have the best attitude, but they do appear to always be working hard.
