Called into Seattle before opening to order 6 pizza's, was told cannot help me booked out. I called the night before to order in advance and they told me they don't take orders a day in advance. 2nd bad experience with a costco food court.

They need to bring back supreme pizza and better soda. I hate their soda they have only diet and it's gross. The menu has changed again, roast beef sandwiches and such. Staff was quick and friendly.

The food is great! BUT, there is no regular coke or Pepsi, just zero and diet. @Costco, it would be great if you added just the regular drinks, because of this fact I hesitate eating here.

This Costco food court is a mismanaged disaster.They never answer the phone to call ahead a pizza order.Last week they told me it would be 30 minutes, 30 minutes later they again told me it would be 30 minutes.This week they told me it would be 1 hour. 1 hour later they told me they ran out of dough 30 minutes ago, but that they got some more so it would be 10 minutes. 10 minutes later they told me the dough was still frozen so it would be 30 minutes.Just don’t do it. The pizza is a lie.

Tried 3 times to phone in order. No answer. Then ordered at kiosk. Waiting 50 minutes still. Not coming back here again.
if you're ordering any whole pizzas you're told to call in advance or wait. but this is impossible when the phone NEVER GETS ANSWERED, today was a breaking point for me. I called multiple times over 2 hours to place an order and each time I waited for the snarky little auto goodbye message. I place a big order regularly and hate showing up as and blindsiding the staff, but it seems like it's either that or driving to another store almost half an hour away. it really bums me out that this isn't as reliable as it used to be or even could be. not being able to turn around high volumes of pizza on a dime I understand, but answering the phone for a large order calling ahead 3-4 HOURS before pickup seems to be impossible. otherwise service tends to be good enough and the food is just like the food at every other Costco but the fact that I would have to call the manager's phone and have them walk to the food court to get them to pick up seems wrong

There's no other place you can get delicious pizza, hot dog, and froyo for a few bucks. Pizza is always top notch. Hot Dog & soda is the way to go. Froyo sundae is an amazing deal. Good amount of seating, even when it's busy because people move quickly. Servers are fast. The one complaint is the city soda tax. Since there's the tax, the sodas are all diet and I hate diet stuff so I basically only drink water even when I get the soda from the hot dog.
