It's hard to find good Italian food in downtown Seattle. This is one of the few places you can get a really good Italian dinner in a comfortable setting. Highly recommend.
Wonderful experience -group of six -excellent service and food, very comfortable environment!
Cotto Belltown is one of our favorite restaurants in our neighborhood . Cozy, welcoming, excellent food and wine and comfortable service! We return regularly. Happy hour is a great value with the same wonderful food, wine, and service!
Hosted a small 8-person bday party for my hubby - food, drinks & service were amazing! Will be back!
Service was great and the menu is fun and inventive yet not stuck up at all. Pizza was nuts!!!! So so good. Also they make a fantastic espresso martini. The chicory salad was an absolute favorite also!
A wonderful meal was had of very fresh salads. The Caesar was excellent, but just the right amount of Al Schwab. The woodfired pieces were marvelous as was the fresh pasta and Bolognese. We will definitely be back.
The burrata was delicious but pasta tasted overcooked and nothing special in terms of flavour profile. My husband loved his beef cheeks. It was fall off the bone tender. I was disappointed with the service as our server was not attentive or inviting. Our server didn't come check on us after being given our meals to see if the food was to our satisfaction and was lacking in time management when it comes to clearing plates and bringing new cutlery. Didn't offer any dessert. Overall, it was okay.
Great service; shared apps and entries to save room for dessert. Worked out great. Would come back on our next trip to Seattle.
We stumbled upon this restaurant on our way back to our hotel after visiting the space needle. Went in at about 9:30 PM nice atmosphere. We ordered some pasta and beverages. The pasta was delicious and the prices are very reasonable.

Friends and I had dinner at this restaurant on September 27. We had a reservation, but the staff seemed clueless about what was happening. We were quickly seated, but the service was slow. To make matters worse, there were multiple bugs crawling on the wall near our table. The food itself was disappointing. We ordered three pasta dishes, pizza, and meatballs. Later that evening, I ended up getting food poisoning, which I suspect was from the meatballs since I barely touched my pizza. Another person in my party also fell ill, sharing my appetizer of meatballs. Overall, our experience was quite terrible, and we’ll definitely be avoiding this place in the future.

Simply delighted with our experience at Cotto Belltown. Our servers, Enes and Yagmur, were professional, efficient, and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure our experience was the absolute best. HIGHLY recommend.

Patio is cute and cozy. Drinks were good, but pricy for this level of restaurant. Staff were super nice but seemed flustered, especially for the restaurant only being about half full the whole time we were there. Food looked great but tasted just okay. The appetizer was better than the mains, as both pasta dishes we ordered were very one dimensional. Prices were just too high for a mid experience.
We had a reservation inside for four at 7:30 today- honestly everything we ordered other than the burrata and meatballs was a 2/10 :( we had high hopes! The brisket pasta had very little flavor to it and it was pretty much a soup. The carbonara had a lot of onion?? (We asked the server to check if there was onion and didn’t hear back but pretty positive it was a lot of onion) in it and so little guanciale- simply did not taste like carbonara. It was sad. The server was kind and lovely though! But I would not spend $250 here.
We had the watermelon salad and it was amazing!!! Pizza was great and the ragu. The tiramisu was outstanding!!! Melt in the mouth yum!!!!
