The work crew gave rave reviews to the treats from Coyles... The quiche, the iterations of croissants, the millionaire bars. Delish!
Excellent coffee as well... Top it off with a fantastic staff and you've got a perfect baked good visit. If you are looking to bribe people with baked goods... Which I shamelessly admit I do on a weekly basis... These dainties will take you far.
Parking is street and can be rough.

Coyle’s bakeshop is a must! My parents and I visited today and were impressed with the high quality of their pastries. Here’s everything we tried and highly recommend:
Their flourless brownie. It is hands down the best brownie I have ever had. Rich and moist. Don’t miss it!
Their walnut thumbprint cookie with lemon curd. It was spectacular. So much so I had to get 2 more to go.
The currant cream scone and three cheese + herb scone. These melt...

My absolute FAVORITE bakery in Seattle! The croissants are truly magical, the sandwiches are to-die-for, and the ambiance is so charming. I truly treasure every trip to Coyle's! Pictured: iced latte, chocolate croissant, and cacao nib cream puff (it tasted like cookies and cream!)

Vegetarian options: Seasonable veggie sandwich, savory cheese and herb scone, and all of the sweets
