I’m absolutely appalled. I was excited to try this place just down the block from my own business. I ordered the chicken rice plate and after 5 minutes of eating on the plate I came across a piece of cooked shaved plastic. Not hair, but plastic. This is not only extremely insulting, but hazardous to my health. And shows the lack of care put into making customer’s food. Be ware.

I have been here twice now and have tried the pork and chicken banh mi. As others have noted these are not typical banh mi portions. The meat was literally overflowing from the French bread. Not overly sweet which happens at other places.

The first time I went the place was pretty busy with a lot of eat in and take out orders. The second time it was pretty quiet with just a few other customers. Looking forward to visiting again.

Really good flavor. Just upset that there was no egg in my combo bowl when eg was in the title. I was really looking forward to it and would have made this dish a 5 for sure.

Bruh, these portions are amazing. And the taste is 10/10, and I’ve grown up eating banh mi. The price is “high” for a banh mi (which average $6 and this was $10/11) but honestly for the portion it’s well worth it and not high at all

We stumbled upon this spot on a busy Saturday morning around 11 am when every other restaurant was fully booked—and what a pleasant surprise it was! The place is incredibly practical with a self-order system that’s quick and efficient. The prices are super cheap for Ballard area especially considering the big portions they serve. Every dish we tried was good, and the ample seating and convenient parking nearby made the experience even better. Worth a visit if you're are looking at a practical place.

Had this door dashed to the place we were staying in Ballard. I would have to say it was the BEST Bahn MI I've ever had the pork was so flavorful and the bread was crunchy and we got it fairly quickly too!!! We ordered it twice while we were there.
