I live around here and shop at QFC all the time. First time trying their MSG free Rare Beef pho. It tasted amazing. Owner was nice. But it is self service.

Crane's Landing has quickly become one of my absolute favorite spots in Seattle. Their Tofu Pho is hands-down the best I've ever had (most places fail with vegetarian pho broth, but not here!). It's a rich, aromatic broth, with perfectly cooked tofu and broccoli. It's comfort in a bowl, perfectly contrasting Seattle's dreary rain/mist. I've also tried their beef and chicken pho, as well as their egg, beef, and tofu bánh mìs, and everything has been consistently excellent. All pho broths are always bright and balanced with little to no sign of Anise, and the bánh mìs hit that perfect blend of freshness, crunch, and savory fillings. Also, the staff is friendly and the service is quick. In conclusion, Crane's Landing delivers every time. I highly recommend them!
