Crane's Landing has quickly become one of my absolute favorite spots in Seattle. Their Tofu Pho is hands-down the best I've ever had (most places fail with vegetarian pho broth, but not here!). Best bahn mi in Seattle. I’m a big fan for bahn mi (thus have high standards for one) and I crave them a few times a month. Had tried a couple of places in Seattle, Belltown, UDstrict and west Seattle, but they rarely meet my expectations.
