Crane's Landing has quickly become one of my absolute favorite spots in Seattle. Their Tofu Pho is hands-down the best I've ever had (most places fail with vegetarian pho broth, but not here!). Best bahn mi in Seattle. I’m a big fan for bahn mi (thus have high standards for one) and I crave them a few times a month. Had tried a couple of places in Seattle, Belltown, UDstrict and west Seattle, but they rarely meet my expectations.

This place is my go to! The pork Vietnamese sandwich tasted just right with the traditional topping and paste. The baguette is also perfect. Everything is done the right way.

Today I got the steak banh mi for lunch here and it was a uniquely good experience.

I’ve had a lot of banh mi over the years but this one’s special. Calling it “steak” makes you think there’d be thick cuts of angus on this sandwich but it’s actually closer in texture to a chopped beef, very fine and with a very typical sweetness to the marinade.
