I was really disappointed with this place coz it looked really cool from the pictures. The servers were really cool and friendly, but the food was just super mediocre. From the tacos to the fried spam musubi to the sisig, we felt like everything was just meh or blah.

My favorite go-to bar! Where do I start? 1- Food is top notch! Must haves is the spam roll, pork tacos and sig sig! Always flavorful - a bit on the spicy side but if I can handle it, anyone can! 2- Drink; It's is easy to see why the lead bartender here was voted one of the best in Seattle! I recommend going dealers choice and letting them create something for you! If that overwhelms try the ship wreak 3- Service: EVERYONE who works here is top notch. Over the top service! I am convince anyone who goes here and has a great time choose to keep this a secret, but the secret is out and this place is bomb!

I'm so happy to see an upscale Hawaiian restaurant in the neighborhood! The inside is really cute and there's a ton to choose from on the menu. We had friends who are gluten free and others who don't eat meat, and there was something for everyone. The cocktails were yummy and one came with some smoking rosemary, fun! The service was really nice and friendly, albeit a bit slow. The food was good, but not amazing. The meat (sirloin skewers) was a little over cooked in my opinion and came with a huge half pineapple, but was kind of difficult to actually eat. I loved the musubi and tacos! I look forward to coming back to try other things off the menu.

We did the "Dining in the Dark" experience and it was amazing. We were a little nervous but it ended up being a fantastic experience with amazing food. The staff were amazing and friendly, Ricky and Joe specifically. They accommodated my dietary restrictions and the substitutions they made were delicious. Bartender Joe makes some ridiculously good drinks too!

An absolutely amazing experience! Eating blind folded really was interesting. You really have to trust your surroundings and chef lol. But it was great! The staff was great! For was ??. Vegan tacos with potatoes in the inside... Genius!!! I can't wait to take another friend!!

My boyfriend surprised me with the Dining in the Dark experience here and it was quite a treat! We had selected the seafood 3 course meal and also decided to get 3 drinks as an add-on for $36. Warning: Spoilers ahead if you're planning on attending the dining in the dark event! The appetizer was a pokè dish. The ingredients were fresh and well-seasoned. The main course was saimin noodles with shrimp skewers. The shrimp was definitely the highlight of the meal. Perfectly seasoned and had a nice texture. The noodles were a good pairing with the shrimp. The ube cake dessert was absolutely delicious! It was just the right amount of sweetness and a great way to end the meal. Drinks from the bar were great too! I think that the type of meals we got made sense for this event. They did a good job of making sure that each dish was easy enough to eat (with a blindfold on) while still bringing good flavors and fun dishes for each course. Overall, I thought it was a nice showcase of Asian-fusion cuisine and would love to come back again to try their regular menu items.

Came here for a cocktail class which included drinks and dinner (options included burgers and tacos). We huddled around the bar while Joe worked his magic and showed us how he makes his tasty, strong drinks!! My favorite was the Reaper’s Blush.Definitely plan on going back and trying out some other drinks… hoping to learn more cocktail tips and tricks!

As a Filipino, I love and appreciate Remedium ❤️ Especially for their pork sisig! It’s hard to find sisig that tastes authentically Filipino, so when I do, I come back for it. I’ve come back for Remedium’s sisig a few times (and counting). It’s fatty, it’s crispy, it’s got a bit of acidity from the lime, it’s got the egg! Delicious.

This place was the best accidental find EVER. After Sunday brunch, my fiancé and I were walking around the neighborhood looking for a chill bar to kill some time before an appointment nearby and stumbled into Remedium. There was a party seated at a table but since were just in for a quick drink, we sat at the bar where we met Joe, winner of Seattle's favorite Bartender and instantly we understood why! Joe has a passion for flavors and unique combinations and is also just awesome to chat with. I literally couldn't even tell you which drinks were my favorite because we could just be chatting about flavors we like and Joe would make me something that was perfect. We ended up spending hours here just tasting different drinks-- I went to my appointment, my fiancé stayed behind, and I rejoined him at the bar after. While we were there, we signed up for the Friday cocktail making class which was AWESOME. We learned to make and sampled 4 different cocktails, had 2 cocktails each, and dinner for $50pp which we felt was a stellar value! I'm so glad we got to try their food this time because we both genuinely enjoyed their chicken & pork tacos and will definitely return for dinner. Solid date night destination!

So much fun! I didn't want out evening to end. The Alice in Wonderland experience is a must-do.

We came here for the immersive Alice in Wonderland experience. The actors were fun but the drinks were just so bad. I could even drink two of them. For that money i was very surprised that the drinks were not at least good. I’m glad I went but I don’t think I’d recommend. Better ways to spend the monies.

The decor is interesting but the food was disappointing. My experience was during the dining in the dark event. The appetizer (poke) was decent. The noodles with seafood was just awful!!!! It tasted as if it's soooo old. I lost my appetite after the first bite. I had an ube (taro) pudding which I think they torched the top similar to creme brûlée. It tasted like just sugar with no touch of ube (taro) flavor. The alcoholic drinks was disappointing. The fancy fusion names just doesn't make it taste any better. To top it off, my friend's card was switched with another customers card. Definitely not happy about that!!! Maybe they were just having a terrible night. I enjoyed the concept of dining in the dark, but my friend and I sure wished that the food was better.

A group of us went here. Happy hour all day! Food was great, but the service was insanely good! THE best experience I've ever had with customer service like everyone was insanely nice. The waitress/bartender were soooo nice!

Came here for dining in the dark. I was unsure if the menu items were specific to the event or from the kitchens itself and after looking through the reviews It's from the kitchen. I will rate the food here and not the event. It lacked seasoning and flavor. The rice and meat were bland and over cooked and were not served fresh. It obviously has been sitting due to the temperature that we received It. Two stars because the staff was friendly and the decor was, interesting.

I really don’t like giving poor reviews because it does affect the business unless it’s deserved. I got the Alice in Wonderland immersive experience. The drinks were SO bad. Especially for it bringing a cocktail bar. Supposedly the owner is a well known bartender in Seattle. I would not be able to tell that by the drinks I was served. The drinks that came with the show were so bad. The shot was the first drink and it was okay. Just a sugary shot with whip on top. The tea we made tasted like literally nothing. The party to the side of us asked if there was even alcohol in it. The last drink was a sugary tequila sunrise. I also paid for a pre show drink, that was a sugary delight as well. I would have given this 5 stars if my drinks were even half way decent.
