Went for lunch on a Wednesday. Just an average Wednesday. Our rolls and sushi were so great and fresh and well prepared. I loved the 4 seasons roll and the obi king salmon was absolutely divine. It's a very non descript location in the industrial district, but don't let that fool you. Like others said, it's a lot bigger than it looks from the outside. And very well presented. Just go if you're looking for great sushi!
Vegetarian options: There were fancy vegetarian rolls, which you don't often see

Good food, good service. The owner was very nice and checked on our table several times to ensure we enjoyed our meal and visit.
The chef is amazing, really nice and friendly. Good food! Not a long wait. They close kind of early. My Japanese friend said they do not use the correct serving dishes for each item and the food is not entirely authentic tasting but we like it. The server is not the most pleasant but she is efficient. We done in our take, both options work for us.
Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian options but limited as most sushi restaurants are
Kid-friendliness: They are welcoming to kids :)

Had the Tempera Dinner and Saba dinner. Came with mediocre rice that was very haphazardly slopped into the bowl with very little random back sesame seeds sprinkled over top. Didn’t come with Miso soup.
Tempera and Saba were both good and good portion. No little side dishes.
I didn’t order Sushi because it seemed overpriced for some hole-in-the-wall, in an Industrial area. And the restaurant is very dated.
Most of the cooking was kinda in front of me because the Hispanic cook did his cooking in the open area that might have once been a Tepenyaki Table; like the ones at Benihana’s. Kinda weird since nobody is seating in front of him. Oh whatever’s.
Tea was $3 and it was just a teabag and not from a pot. Never came back to refill even once until I asked. By the way, not busy. Total of 10 customers and half left when my meal came.
Whatever the House sake was, it was decent and not the usual rubbing alcohol that you get for $6(small hot).
I gave a try but probably not going back.
Parking: Industrial area so it’s pretty empty after hours

Three of us went on a tuesday evening. Many seats were open, and we were seated immediately. The waitress was nice. We ordered a california roll, rainbow roll, and the 4 seasons. The sushi tasted fine, but the ingredients didn't look as fresh as they could be. The rolls fell apart pretty easily too. We also ordered gyoza (tasted ok), curry, and yakisoba. The curry and yakisoba came out before the sushi, and were ok. Including modest tip, this cost $122. That's a little expensive in my opinion. Overall, it's just ok.

Excellent little Japanese restaurant tucked away on the corner of a strip mall. We ordered take out right as they opened for dinner and the food was ready within 10 minutes.
We had a craving for Katsu Curry and Gyoza. The Gyoza was probably a bit soft for what I was expecting (more like Steamed vs fried), but I like them either way…it’s just I was expecting it more fried. But the Curry was spot on. Cutlet was nice and crispy and the gravy went well with the rice.
