We ended up ordering take away since they are near closing and we didn’t like being rushed. Menu was extended. We had pho , grilled and teriyaki chicken. Big portions. Lots of veggies. Never missed the sauces. Recommended for a break in the usual western cuisine.
We stopped here for a late afternoon snack and had the regular size pho. We have had pho in a lot of different restaurants and cities and this stacks up as some of the best.
It took over 20min to make 2 Vietnamese coffee’s!! They kept telling us “almost done” “1 more min” through out the whole wait! They refused to give us a refund and forcing us to wait until they were done. Horrible!! The coffee’s were poorly made too! Wouldn’t recommend this place if you just want to stop by and just grab Vietnamese coffee really quick!
Solid broth and quietly tasty banh mi
Get The pho #1. The broth is very tasty, and the meat is somehow so tender compared to all the other pho restaurants nearby. This is a hole in the wall from the outside but warm and cozy inside.
Bahn mi is great
If ya want the sandwhiches go early
Try the Cream of Sum Yung Gai!
