Came here while getting my passport processed. Saw the food reviews and gave it a shot. They were right. The staff is so sweet and friendly. I got an iced mocha and a NY style bagel sandwich and it was phenomenal. You can tell everything is made fresh. Highly recommend.

First let me start off my saying the food isn’t bad for Seattle and decent! I’m currently 7 months pregnant and would frequent here for breakfast sandwiches sometimes. They are decently priced and not bad. Well today I received my order and halfway through I found a long piece of black hair in my sandwich 🤮 like extremely long. I instantly started throwing up. And since I am pregnant other things started happening that I will save the details. Not only am I now feeling horrible but I had to go back home to change my clothes. I did receive a refund and the woman was nice but having to throw up in such a vile way was not what I pictured for my morning. Unfortunately, I will not be returning hair should never be in food! Staff is upper friendly though so it just sucks they weren’t more careful.

Had a horrible passport photo printed at Walgreens but what do you do? They don’t care if it’s bad. So I went to this building to get an urgent passport renewal and was there a little ahead of schedule. When I saw this place on my way in and that they did passport photos, I thought - can’t hurt to check it out. Monica was sooo sweet and actually helped me get a good photo…so much better! I’ve got to look at this for ten years and I was bummed I had such a bad photo… but not anymore! Wish I hadn’t wasted the money at Walgreens. Thanks Monica!!

I love this spot. They're incredibly friendly and always efficient. Their soups are amazing; I have yet to be disappointed. Their sandwiches are a great deal as well. They also have every snack you could imagine so if you want a treat to go along with your lunch, they have you covered.
