I've had lunch here twice and both were very good. The staff has been friendly and offered great recommendations. Also the donuts in the morning are great!

Donuts taste great

Incredibly mediocre. Chicken curry was literally just two halves of a potato, 5 pieces of mushy celery, and half a chicken thigh, covered in an absolute boatload of sauce (relative to the vegetable portion). Not even any onions or carrots! For $12, I'd expect at least some onions.Make sure they don't overcharge you. A $12 meal and a $4 drink does not add up to $25, even after tax and (a very undeserved) tip.It was at least edible, just incredibly disappointing. They obviously don't particularly care.

Good, simple Korean food at an affordable price. I really liked their japchae. It tastes like my mom would make. The couple running and cooking here are lovely. They also have very good donuts. It's not some fancy AYCE but it definitely hits the spot when you want to feel like you're getting a home cooked dinner at your family home.

The owner stayed open late for me and fresh cut vegetables to make garlic chicken for me. Try the sweet and tangy sauce that he makes it does have a little bit of a late bite to it with a good medium spice. About the same or not quite as hot as the sriracha.

Ordered bibimbab couldn’t eat. Feel like the vegetable been too long and radish everything was not fresh

Great Donuts, too!

Decent and affordable little spot in the Sodo area for traditional Korean cuisine. It's not the most popular spot and it doesn't really stand out - it's located in a small mini plaza with other small Asian restaurants. It's a small menu consisting of sandwiches, traditional Korean dishes, and donuts. With the word 'Deli' in the name, I expected an actual hot foods deli, but there's nothing like that here besides the donuts. I had the beef bibimbap and it was solid. Good portion size that could fill you up for lunch. The marinade on the meat was good and flavorful. It also comes with a side of miso soup, but the miso soup really lacked flavor. I appreciate the affordability of this place (although it looks like it's been increasing). Paid about $14 for my meal after taxes. I guess that's not bad for Seattle food. If that's not cheap enough for you, there's also the satisfaction of dining at small family owned places like this.

Small, inexpensive family run Korean restaurant that i seemed to have stumbled upon while running errands in the area. Deli Seoul shares a space with a donut shop, but also seems to have a wide menu with lots of food options. They have everything from bibimbap and jap chae to chicken fingers and deli sandwiches. The owners were both very kind and friendly. My food came out in 15 min or so. I ordered the bibimbap ($13) and the Korean fried chicken ($13). The bibimbap was a decent sized portion and came with a miso soup side. It had all the regular toppings - rice, meat, spinach, carrots, mushrooms, and bibimbap sauce. The bibimbap was pretty average for the price although it was a bit cold. The Korean fried chicken tasted a little more like sesame chicken and wasn't really spicy either. It came with rice and a side salad. Wasn't a huge fan of the side salad as the dressing got the rice a little soggy.
