Awful treatment from our server Jenifer. She was very rude to my children and I. Made us wait over 10 minutes before asking what we'd like to drink. The way she treated us and the way she treated an elderly white couple next to us was like night and day. I was polite and appreciative towards her the moment I walked in but was treated with what I felt was discrimination based on a presumption of what my tip would be. She got our order wrong and forgot to bring a side dish. Food was phenomenal however.

It is a pleasant environment to visit with my family. The attention is spectacular. The bathrooms are very clean and the food is very delicious. I went with my grandchildren. The service was super welcoming.

There were only 5 tables and we sat for 20 minutes and they never came to get our food order. They gave us coffee and orange juice, and that was it. There was a rumor of a roach in the food. We left and went to McDonalds.

Got a veggie burger for takeout with onion rings, they didn't have onion rings but still charged me for them, and the wait time was way longer than estimated (likely due to the ghost kitchen that is run out of this establishment).

Walked in sat there for forty minutes and nobody bothered to serve me or take my order. I initially had a good impression the first time because I was served well but the recent outing was downright laughable. I was completely ignored until I had to leave. Do not recommend late night service.

Food is pretty good. Service not great. As always, I think it's because staff at these places is super short staffed. Quiet, which is what we wanted to visit. I wish restaurants, even more expensive, would clean salt and pepper shakers, provide enough napkins, etc.

Very disappointed. My partner and I were just going in for Valentine’s Day. It was a little busy, so we were willing to wait. Anyways, after ordering, we realized that other tables were being served before us that were seated long after us. This cycle repeated about 5 times until we realized that they genuinely just forgot about our order. If the waitresses just acknowledged us then I wouldn’t have been mad. After about 40 minutes of waiting, they finally gave us our food; however, our food were the plates that we had seen sitting on their counter for the past 20 minutes. In the end, many others got their food warm while we were served cold food on dirty plates with no apology. We still paid in the end despite not touching our food because we gave this place way too much grace and I’m upset they had chosen to be disrespectful by not communicating with us.

Got seated and waited for my food. Watching as bigger parties than my girlfriend and I who came after me receive their food for 40 minutes as I watch my food get cold. Once I got my food mine and my girlfriend’s food was cold as well as my plate was visibly dirty. Not happy to say that I paid for it considering we didn’t eat the food that rested on a dirty plate.

Update: Reply from Denney's: Kindly share us your detailed feedback/suggestions at..., so that our team could have a better understanding, and we will be able to deliver an even better experience to you.
I took time to leave this detailed review for Denny's on Google about a poor dining experience that was a waste of my time and money. Their response is for me to waste more of my time going to another site and explaining myself again, in even more detail. So that they can provide an "even better experience".
I suggest the Denny's representative who answered my review and insisted I do their job of making sure their team has a better understanding of my feedback, because my details were not enough to comprehend, try their best to do it themself.
And next time you're out of wheat bread, send someone across the street to Safeway instead of inconveniencing customers with cheap, stale and unhealthy alternatives, and then charging them for it.
Went for lunch. Ordered country fried steak and eggs. They were out of wheat toast! How does a restaurant run out of bread? If nothing else, there is a store across the street, the manager can't take a minute? The white toast was stale and was tiny slices of the cheapest bread possible. The chicken steak was thin and tiny, so were the eggs and hashbrowns. The whole plate was just a thin flat serving. Much less food than the $4 slam they used to have. And I misread the menu, thought it was $12.99, turned out it was $20 after tax just for the chicken and eggs. The server was good. But the cashier had all of the cash out of the till and made me wait while she finished doing whatever it was she was doing with it. Even though she knew the server brought me the bill and should have been expecting me. There were only 2 other people in the entire restaurant and I was seated near the cashier.

I can’t believe this place Dennys .I paid $50 for this breakfast. I paid almost six dollars for scrambled eggs with cheese, WTH is the cheese for $1.49 extra. Are you kidding me that’s probably one egg and the taco skillet for almost $20 came with one tortilla and that small ass dish with barely any meat or anything and $9 for 8 small ass nasty sausage links. Oh and asked for toast and nothing. NEVER AGAIN will I come here such a waste of money? I should’ve taken the food back, but had kids in the car while I ran in to grab, which now I’m making another trip to go buy more food somewhere else, so ridiculous. BEYOND PISSED. No thanks I will no longer go here anymore. That was ridiculous. I can’t believe I didn’t bring the food back and get a refund
