this has got to be the absolute worst food I have ever had the misfortune of eating and I've been to jail the place is lacking any managerial profession and they are hiring for managers asap and a cook for all sake Mario take some time off I ordered the delicious apple crisp slam I got 2 small pancakes with a granola bar you could use as a tire chock and apple sliced over it the hashbrowns were raw so apparently extra crispy means cooked at all they didn't even have ice water me and my beautiful fìancee were served cloudy hot water and told there was no ice I mean is there a cold on your sink faucet o went next door to the great people at 76 statio. to bring back drinks for us to have I mean I've been to some places that shouldn't exist that were 20 times better than our once amazing burien dennys it should be torn down so bring your hi visitors gear when you come and eat at the 1/4 ☆ dennys on 148th in Burien or do yourselves a favor the freeways rightness to it just keep on going SMH

Denny has solid food and the service is on point—they really take care of you. But the place had a funky smell that hit right when I walked in, and it didn’t go away the whole time. If they fix that, it’d be an easy five-star spot. Other than the odor issue, everything else was great.

The waitress was rude and it wasn't busy at all but yet she made us wait about 15 minutes to take our order but in that time didn't bother to clean up the one messy table. There were a total of four other customers in the restaurant when we went and she literally just stood behind the bar area, not doing her job. The bathroom was extremely dirty and smelled awful. We ended up taking our order to go because of this experience. I will not be returning to this location because of this experience. The food was not that great. I wasn't expecting it to be five star but I didn't think we would get better food from McDonald's...

I went to Denny’s recently and honestly, I had such a great experience. From the moment I walked in, everything felt warm and welcoming. The place was super clean, bright, and cozy. Even the little garden area outside looked really nice and well kept, which gave the restaurant a friendly, homey touch before even going inside.

The staff was amazing! Everyone I met was kind, cheerful, and really seemed to enjoy their jobs. The hostess greeted me with a big smile, and my server was super attentive the whole time — always checking to make sure I had everything I needed. My coffee cup was never empty, and even though the place got a bit busy, they still made sure everyone was taken care of. That kind of service makes a huge difference.

Now about the food — it was so good. I ordered the Build Your Own Grand Slam, and everything came out hot, fresh, and cooked perfectly. The pancakes were soft and fluffy, the bacon was crispy, and the eggs were exactly how I asked for them. You can really taste that classic Denny’s flavor that’s comforting and consistent no matter when you go. I also treated myself to a milkshake, and wow — it was thick, creamy, and full of flavor. Definitely one of the best milkshakes I’ve had in a while.

One thing I really appreciate about Denny’s is the overall atmosphere. It’s one of those places where you can just relax, enjoy your meal, and not feel rushed. Whether you come in for breakfast, lunch, or a late-night snack, it always feels like a comfortable spot to hang out with friends or family.

Overall, I absolutely loved my visit. The combination of delicious food, friendly staff, and a clean, inviting environment made it a great experience from start to finish. You can tell the team here really cares about their customers and takes pride in what they do. I’ll definitely be coming back soon — and I highly recommend this Denny’s to anyone looking for good food and a good time!

Ordered my food to go. My order was completely wrong when I got home. I asked for no eggs on one of my orders and got eggs. I asked for cheese on hash Browns and one of the eggs and got no cheese. The food was bland and disgusting, called the manager. Multiple times to get a refund on my order. They kept telling me that the district manager would give me a call and has yet to give me a call. It has now been a week and a 1/2 later stillness call. I now disputed the the charge on my card since they have yet to reach out and make it right. very unprofessional. Paid $58 for absolute crap.

The men's room was absolutely destroyed. Toilet was broken, but apparently that's OK with their clientele as they just used it anyway.

Had the Philly cheese steak omelet. Out was OK... but not great. In reality it was more of a mushroom and onion omelet. The steak seemed to be more of a suggested garnish, and it was easy over priced at $19. I've never paid more than $12.99 at other Denny's.

UPDATE: I STAND CORRECTED, THEY DID NOT FIX MY ORDER.. I CALLED,PLACED A ORDER, LIKE THE MANAGER STATED. WHEN MY ORDER WAS DELIVERED TO ME, IT WAS THE WRONG ORDER! THE COMPLETE OPPOSITE OF WHAT I ORDERED. I DONT KNOW WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS PLACE, BUT I WAS ON THE PHONE PLACING A ORDER, I WAS VERY CLEAR IN WHAT I ORDERED, THE LADY EVEN REPEATED BACK MY ORDER, AND STILL GAVE ME THE WRONG ORDER.. THIS IS RIDICULOUS.. I LEFT A GREAT REVIEW JUST TO BE PROVEN WRONG.. SMH. NO DISRESPECT, BUT IF THEY CANT READ ENGLISH OR UNDERSTAND ENGLISH, THEY NEED TO GET A NEW JOB. THIS IS VERY FRUSTRATING. I CALLED BACK AND THE LADY LITERALLY HUNG UP IN MY FREAKING FACE .. LIKE ARE YOU SERIOUS ? I WILL DEFINITELY BE CALLING CORPORATE AND FILLING A REPORT WITH THE FTC . I have read another of reviews regarding this place and one thing that I noticed is that if they make a mistake, management is ready to fix it.. and that's exactly what they did. They missed an item in my Uber eats order. When I called , Mrs. Garcia (general manager) answered the call and apologized and offered my a free breakfast or dinner combo.. I was surprised because the item they forgot in my order was no where nesr the cost of a whole free meal!.. everyone makes mistakes, but to be willing to correct it with a positive attitude is key.. I appreciate the General Manger for handling my situation correctly.. 5 stars from me , ..ps. the food was amazing!! Lol

First off I will never go there again at least the burien one we got grand slam and let me tell you very disappointed it sat up on the corner for at least 5 min so when they brought it cold as hell then on top of that we had to sit ourselves then they didn't get us water didn't ask how was everything very disappointed and very unprofessional I will never eat there again all they did was talk I seen two people get up and leave because they were to buzzy talking.
