First off I will never go there again at least the burien one we got grand slam and let me tell you very disappointed it sat up on the corner for at least 5 min so when they brought it cold as hell then on top of that we had to sit ourselves then they didn't get us water didn't ask how was everything very disappointed and very unprofessional I will never eat there again all they did was talk I seen two people get up and leave because they were to buzzy talking.

My food wasn't great, some items were missing and burnt. I asked for a partial refund, they ended up giving me a full refund. They seem short staffed and were super busy so I will try them again when maybe they aren't so busy. I did get upset with them seeming like they weren't going to even get a partial refund so a full refund was nice and unexpected and will be the reason I decided to give them another chance

Awful treatment from our server Jenifer. She was very rude to my children and I. Made us wait over 10 minutes before asking what we'd like to drink. The way she treated us and the way she treated an elderly white couple next to us was like night and day. I was polite and appreciative towards her the moment I walked in but was treated with what I felt was discrimination based on a presumption of what my tip would be. She got our order wrong and forgot to bring a side dish. Food was phenomenal however.
It is a pleasant environment to visit with my family. The attention is spectacular. The bathrooms are very clean and the food is very delicious. I went with my grandchildren. The service was super welcoming.

Got a veggie burger for takeout with onion rings, they didn't have onion rings but still charged me for them, and the wait time was way longer than estimated (likely due to the ghost kitchen that is run out of this establishment).
