Since moving to Seattle, I have always had a soft spot for Dick's. Better than most fast and a nostalgic and comforting feel. But inconsistent food and service, has pushed me away as a customer. I really want to like it but I've had enough.
It is maybe because my daughter and I like the plain cheeseburger (when it is made good) but there is usually a wait and they are always weird when we order it... like as if we don't want us to order it. I don't know why they have it on the menu. It is not like it is a secret menu. I am just perplexed and left with a bad taste in my mouth which comes back when I drive by.
*Edit:* Replying to Dick's. I filled out the contact form, waited for a few weeks and I never got a response. I then left the review. I also gave feedback to the manager. Moving my review to 1 star. Sorry to be a Karen but I tried and don't like being gaslit. Maybe I'll try Dick's again in the future.

The number one reason for going to Dicks is the nostalgia. Growing up in the 60s and 70s, we loved going to Dicks. They are a Seattle icon! The food has always been just okay to me. Service is great! My grown adult children enjoy Dicks for the same reasons. Free parking in lot. They treat their employees well.

Service was very fast. Not alot you can do u unfortunately as far as burger styles. It either comes with it all or nothing which i find ridiculous. Every condiment is .20 add on i asked for a hamburger with no mustard.. not something that could be done apparently. Fries tasted old as well. Gave me a container of ketchup and it isnt even filled all the way… for such a famous chain it was extremely disappointing.

Made my hair thicker and fuller.
Dick’s is a staple in Seattle. It’s way more than just fast food. With good quality ingredients, fast/efficient/friendly staff and great benefits and educational programs for their employees, this is my go to for a treat day.

A local burger joint. Nothing fancy at all, but it will the munchies. Dick's Deluxe is a local mainstay for the late-night crowd!
Price to food is pretty good
I have been eating there for 56 years and if that isn't a good review, I don't know what to say.
