The most disgusting soggy oil soaked fries that I have ever had 2 visits in a row, I called the 1st time and assumed it was a one off but today I realized this is the usual, after eating there fries today I feel sick and nauseous. Their Federal way location has the best fries and this Seattle location should go there and see what is done different.

Dick's is a long- standard Seattle area tradition. The menu is limited but reasonably priced. Depends on location - but there is No seating indoors. It is meant to be a grab-n-go-Eat in your car. Not a Drive-thru. The burgers are a 6 out of 10 but people love them. If you've never been - You should Definitely Go! But on a regular basis, Not an every day food. Also be advised : You cannot customize anything -- they are made assembly-line in bulk. So NO ordering extra / or removal of ingredients. We go maybe 1 per month, and are always happy.
Dietary restrictions: Cannot customize any burger. All ingredients are set by style of burger ordered.
The price has gone up. The quality has gone down. The services, a bunch of cranky, young people. Who act like they hate their jobs? Very annoying but it is a Seattle icon. You go for the atmosphere as much as anything else, but they are out of control. With the prices now not worth it to get crappy service, with a crappy attitude and mid food at a very expensive price

You gotta believe me when I say this: I drive by this place every single day, and every single day I tried to not make it a routine to get a nice fast but delicious burger, fries or shakes. However, there are some days that I treat myself with all the previous mentioned, and this location is my favorite to come! There are times where the lines are long, but hey, that’s always good for a business! I have gotten my food from here for almost 5 years and times to times being last 2 more recent, and sad I did not make a review before, but it’s never too late! Thank you for feeding out hungry bellies whenever we are down, just hungry, drunk or even to just spend some time in the car listening to 80s-90s songs while raining!!!! The crew who works here are truly committed to a great customer service always! Cheers to you and continue making history!
Parking: Parking might suck when busy and trying to get out, but if you are lucky and get side parking or on the street and make a quick walk, it’s okay as long as you get your burgers.
