Dicks is ALWAYS a go-to! Super yummy & super cheap! Anytime I have family or friends in town, Dick’s is definitely on the itinerary! Sometimes the lines can look intimidating but they go by so fast! And everything is cooked right then and there. Can’t forget about the delicious special tarter sauce as well

I don't know how long my burger was made. It take terrible. Probably not that many customers, so the burger was pre-made. I can get my burger instantly. But I rather to wait to have a fresh one.

Zero Stars! We showed up last night It was supposed to be open and literally there's no signs indicating anything there's nothing on their Facebook page We literally drove 35-40 minutes out of our way from home just to come here and there's no communication from the business of why it's not open. It was like a ghost land out here there's hella people here same as us wondering what the hell is going on?? We are regular customers of this Dick's burgers. Usually it's a really good experience but this was like just really sketchy and unprofessional.

Stopped at the new Everett location on 8/10. I've been a customer for more than 60 years. While there have been gaps in my patronage over the years I was able to try the latest location in Everett. It was a complete disappointment. Fries have always been my measure and what we received last night was a complete mess. A hunk of cold greasy, unsalted limp fries. Actually awful. I thought it was so cool that I could give Dicks another try. Many memories, but this meal was a one and done. You're slapping out food so fast no one is paying attention to quality. I didn't try a shake, maybe there's still hope for a decent shake.
You must of changed (cheaper) ingredients so you could pay $17 an hour.
