Prices are just way too insane now. You can go around the corner to Mecca for a better burger at the same price if it's happy hour, and a couple bucks more if it isn't. Worth the walk and the dollars.

First time here. We came on a Wednesday afternoon at the end of April and it wasn’t busy at all. There are some customer parking spots available behind the building. There was a security guard walking around the building and inside so definitely makes you feel safer. The food was ok. Service was good.

It's exactly the fast food burger you want, and a deluxe double is $5.30. Employees start at 21/hr plus benefits, so unlike the competition it isn't a pox on society. Plus fresh-cut, crispy, greasy fries and late hours.
I was told this is the place to try in Seattle, so I tried it. I don’t think I would add it to my go-to list.

Give it a shot if it's on your list & you want inexpensive & immediate food. && Definitely do your research before going. I didn't and that was my own fault.No modifications of any kind allowed to anything. They do this for instant service. WHICH, is great but also irksome IMO.The burger itself was fine. Patty wasn't bad but wasn't phenomenal either. Bun was perfect and I loved it's fluffy texture. The chopped pickles are sweet pickles FYI. Personally hate sweet pickles, so that was off putting.Fries were ok. I like the style of how they cook them. However I think ours may have sat for a while before we got them.Vanilla shake was delicious and that saved the experience for me.Ketchup is an additional .25 per side.Overall, if you need it cheap, fast and aren't too picky, eat here.Personally, it was whatever to me and I don't have a screaming desire to go back.Also, the atmosphere is definitely a little strange. Giant open room with seating along the windows and that's it.

1. Applied for a job online2. I own my own business just needed extra cash3. Over 15 years of experience4. followed up on my application 2 days later5 Called the Queen Ann Location and spoke with the Store Manager6. Store Manager got caught addmitting that she is hiring people based upon looks and not experience7. Store Manager told me to come in, and was to lazy to even pull my application8 Seattle is known for racism, and hiring people because they're white9. I called the Corporate office and told them the situation10. one of the women at corporate threatened me and told me to not call them anymore regarding the situation.11. The first woman at corporate told me to call back in the first place and talk to a guyh by the name of Ken.12. when I called back to talk to Ken , then thats when another lady answered the phone and tried to block the conversation between me and Ken from happening13. Me and my friends will never spend any money at this esablishment ever in life14. We have had this company's not so great burgers as gifts and we were not empressed, Me or my friends have never come out of pocket and actually eaten here , but once again we have had a change to tast thier horrible food.15 To sum this all up , this compnay is racist, has a high turn-over rate for employees, has nasty tasting food, and at the corporate level they will threaten you and tell you not to call corporate back with your complaints

Always have to get a shake and fries from here every time I visit. Absolutely will not be disappointed. The burger is just a burger but I don't care since that isn't the highlight. Probably will go back later in the week for another round.
