We stopped in at Die Bierstube on a Sunday afternoon.
As always, the beer was great and our server was very attentive. My friend ordered the schnitzel and thought it was ok, other friends split a sausage platter and enjoyed it, and I ordered the käsespätzle (which was completely dry with some cheese grated on top, not what I was expecting).
I haven't been to the Bierstube for years due to proximity. I'm happy to see that there are options for vegetarians. Definitely order the sauerkraut, it's very good.

Great little bar. Great location for us as we’re able to walk. Great service, full bar, and interesting beers. We’ve been a few times, food and service has been good and consistent. We’ll be back!

I thoroughly enjoyed the laid-back atmosphere, making it an effortless spot to unwind and savor a quality beer (all of which are German). The server was a breeze to talk to, engaging in a friendly discussion about which beer would suit my palate. After sampling 2-3 options, I settled on one of the richer stouts. We ultimately indulged in the priciest pour, but it was absolutely worth it. I’m already looking forward to my next visit—punch card in hand—since they offer a rewards system with neat perks like mugs and other prizes.
