This is our favorite place to eat. We drive from Everett down so you know it's good. We even have our order down.

Absolutely love Din Tai Fung from Taiwan and will always find an opportunity to eat it if my vacation spot has one in its city. Since I was travelling in Seattle, we went to the University Village location. It was quite busy and luckily our friend made reservations. Service was fantastic as always, and we ordered many of our favourite dishes like fried rice, cucumber salad, their famous soup dumplings and green beans. All were so delicious, came out piping hot. We all really enjoyed our meal and will be back!

I told my bf he can chose any restaurant to have his birthday dinner, and he chose Din Tai Fung, his favorite restaurant. We started off with some Yuzu Margaritas... delicious; he ordered a second one after. My second cocktail was the Cucumber Gimlet...also delicious. Of course, he had to have the XLB; we ordered two things of the Pork Xiao Long Bao. And a must have for us also is the Shrimp & Pork Spicy Wontons. Also ordered one of my favorites, the Noodles w/ Spicy Sauce; such good flavor and noodle texture. And the String Beans w/ Garlic was also a hit. Service was excellent, and we had a wonderful dinner for my bf's birthday.

I came here on Easter. It was busy, of course cause of Easter, but the service was amazing. I got myself a braise beef noodle soup, which was very delicious and a beer which I really enjoyed. The bartender was really nice. You know give me water when I needed some, give me complementary ginger, which I really enjoyed, I love to eat. I really gotta try the next time I come over here, but the service was amazing.

Visiting my daughter and wanted to take them to dinner here. Of course DTF did not disappoint! Fabulous food and service. We did make reservations days ahead and walked right in when it was our time slot. Always clean too.

The quality of food has greater decreased over time. The dim sum used to be filled with a flavored broth now it tastes like water. Experience has really been disappointed since. Service and ambience are good.

This isn't a romantic spot or the place for a leisurely meal. It's a bustling, friendly, sparkling clean restaurant bursting with noise and activity, with some of the best noodles, wontons, soup dumplings and salads you will ever eat. Check out the short video on how to eat soup dumplings before you go and don't miss the cucumber salad and seaweed salad appetizers.

One of my favorite restaurants to eat at. The food comes out fresh & hot ready to eat. Brooks is a wonderful server and made sure our experience here was immaculate.

Their soup dumplings and steam Buns are great. All the food was delicious, but be prepared to spend a lot. Wouldn't go again solely based on the cost, but worth going to once.

Simple decoration, authentic Chinese cuisine.Today I ordered seafood hot pot or spicy foreign pork noodles. Regardless of the side dishes and cooking methods, they all suited my taste. There was a lot of ingredients, and one hot pot with some ingredients was enough for two people. The waiters are very friendly and can communicate in Chinese.

Hello Seattle!! Thank you for welcoming us with your Soup Dumpling, aka xiaolongbao!! We went to DTF in University Village and what a treat. Love the area with pushups and vibrant greenery. DTF was beautiful and we sat next to the window with great views! We were taken care of by Vince, our waiter and he was an A+ 11 out of 10 star server! The food was spot on and we definitely enjoyed the experience! ChowChow Time!!!

Din Tai Fung is reliably excellent. The food is outstanding and the service prompt and pleasant. Ambiance - it's beautifully decorated but it's a pretty noisy place. At small tables it's not a problem but at the larger tables it's hard to hear everyone. Might be a challenge for anyone with hearing difficulties.

Selina was so sweet and provided such a nice welcoming service! She was very friendly and made dinner such a comforting experience especially at a late hour when they are finishing stuff up. Makes me wanna come and hope I get her again

The location inside the parking structure at U Village kinda threw me off and I didn't try this place for a long time. When I finally had lunch here (it was bustling but not packed on a Thursday), I found the vegan options to be plentiful, thoughtfully and freshly made, and delicious. Prices are high, as is the norm in Seattle, but I keep thinking about the dumplings and cucumber salad and will likely go back.

It doesn't taste right! It’s not the smell of Yongkang Street in my memory.Xiaolongbao, sweet without gravy when biting into itFried rice cake, it seems that the soy sauce chosen has been changed. After using red oil, the smell of sand tea is gone.Very disappointedIs it because of the transplant to the United States? It’s not that it’s not delicious, but it’s not special anymore and the price/performance ratio is low.Having said that, the taste of what I ate at Dayuanbai in Hsinchu last year has also changed. Alas~
