Good local spot to swing by and get a coffee. Not a sit down spot by any means with only a few chairs/tables out front to sit outside. But for me living around the corner it’s great. Wish they were open earlier during the week to grab some coffee there before heading to work.
Coffee was ok. Not a place that will come to mind for my coffee cravings. I ordered 2 coffees, 2 small bottle of waters and a cookie and the bill came out to $25. There is no price transparency so I wish I had asked for a printed receipt as I think I was overcharged that day
I have enjoyed Discovery Espresso for nearly all the years they have been in business. I am a coffee drinker (triple espresso) and appreciate the fair trade organic coffee with a fine flavor. Café Mam does water soluble decaf which my wife appreciates. We do 50/50 coffee at home with their beans. They have a wide assortment of food and their prices are equal to or cheaper than the competition. Best breakfast sandwiches in the north end.
