Diva Espresso on N 145th/Geenwood is the neighborhood serotonin stop. The lattes? Straight-up elite—like, “fix-your-whole-mood” quality. And the baristas? Naomi, Marone, Carmen, Tegan, Jess, and Ash are basically the Avengers of customer service. Plus, it’s the unofficial HQ for locals to sip, spill tea, and pretend we don’t all know each other’s dogs’ names. Absolute vibes.

Been coming here off-and-on since 2004, the first Diva I ever visited. Loved it then, love it now. Excellent coffee, awesome staff, nice space with lots of light. Love all the Diva coffee shops, but this one is my favorite.

I came here two days in a row and had warm greetings both days from Carmen! I've really loved my time at this coffee shop. The chorizo is very reasonably priced. The apple fritter is hefty and delicious and their baristas are all super talented. Will absolutely be back for a third time!

The coffee is pricy but otherwise fine. I am here to call out the mandatory tip screen (you cannot just ignore it, you must engage with the screen) with options of 18-20-25%. This is not a restaurant where customers are served at a table and tipping at these rates is expected. You order at a counter and pick up your order at another counter. It should be a voluntary “add tip (optional)” button to bring up the tip options, which is more faithful to the spirit of a digital tip jar, as it is totally opt-in, rather than opt-out to not tip. At the very least, customers should hit Custom —> 0.00 and not support tip creep.

Got an iced caramel latte and the espresso tasted bitter and acidic. Little bit expensive as well. They don’t even say hi or bye or look at you when you walk in and out, but have 18% tip option as the lowest one (ofc you can do no tip). The baristas there looked miserable and that’s not the type of atmosphere I want to get coffee if I’m spending $8.

Absolutely loved the atmosphere here—warm, eclectic, and full of character. The mix of vintage furniture, chandeliers, and classic art on the walls gives the space a cozy, inviting charm. The layout is open and spacious, which makes it perfect for relaxing or getting some work done without feeling cramped. Natural light floods in through the large windows, and the soft indoor lighting keeps things comfortable throughout the day. One of the standout touches is the “Y’all Means All” flag, which immediately sets a tone of inclusivity and community. You can also tell there’s a real passion for coffee—there’s a large, beautiful roaster right in the space and everything behind the counter looks thoughtfully arranged. Whether you’re stopping by for a quiet moment alone or meeting up with friends, this place strikes a perfect balance between comfort and character.
After many years im done going here. Getting harassed while waiting for it to open by security in the parking lot was the final draw.
Always good coffee and friendly staff. The breakfast sandwiches aren't great but aren't bad and when they have the pastry you're looking for its pretty good. Added (3/23/25) Unless you're there first thing when they open you aren't getting a plain bagel on the weekend either. 3 weekends in a row of being there at 8-8:30am and they're out of plain bagels.
