I’ve been coming here for an occasional morning tea or coffee while I normally go to the stone location which is amazing and close to my work. I have noticed some of the employees are slow and take their time in rushes and intentionally. I noticed this morning that one of the older employees wasn’t washing their shot glasses and I’ve already asked them how long they pulled their shots because of the taste and now I know why. Not rinsing shot glasses leaves residual taste and can affect the taste and make it sour or off. I would definitely recommend actually watching the person making your coffee. I used to be a barista at a coffee drive thru. Trained by cafe darte.

The service was great and it was an adorable cafe. I got a seasonal latte and it was ok, as well as a lavender and lemon cake slice. The cake could have stayed. It tasted really greasy and was extremely dry.

The service and atmosphere is amazing . And they have some of the best non-coffee options. The Italian sodas, both regular and Red Bull are really good. They even ordered a flavor I requested! So if they don’t have the flavor you want, they will most likely order it for you! The smoothie is really good as well as the crème based frappes! There’s not a lot of space inside, especially in the mornings before the school day starts as lots of kids and their parents are there. It feels pretty crowded, but during the day it seems quiet. I moved out of Seattle a couple months ago, but this was my go to place.
It is difficult to get a stroller in and out,so I imagine a wheelchair is too but a barista is always helpful. However it does get tight around the counter because of the setup.
