So far they are my favorite local chain, I have three fairly close to me but only one has decent parking. The baristas are super helpful, I ordered something with oat milk and they let me know my drink had dairy. Much appreciated.

Diva Espresso is one of my favorite spots in Seattle! Their coffee is spot-on, and all of the staff are extremely kind.

Warm atmosphere. Low-key. Staff is always very nice and polite. (A basket of day-old delicious pastries, marked down...a fun find and treat.)?

My new favorite coffee shop. We moved from South Lake Union to Ballard. Although we have quite a few local coffee shops to us, this is a frequent stop due to its location on my route to work. The staff are always very pleasant and greet you as you come in. They appear to have decent options for varieties of coffees and syrups. Seasonal drinks seem like fun choices! Pastries always look delicious, but I have yet to try any. This location in particular has ample seating- indoor and outdoor. Located on what can be quite a busy street, but provides parking in the lot or street. I got their ice princess- a blended coffee with vanilla. So delicious!!! Can't wait to venture through the entire menu.

The baristas are super nice and helpful. My card was accidentally charged twice because the machine shut down in the middle of my transaction, and when I went in a week later to ask for a refund they were very helpful and apologetic. They didn't act like my concern was an inconvenience in the way that seems so common in businesses now when you have a question but seemed genuinely like they wanted to help me.

Great little coffee shop with friendly staff. Don’t expect to get any work done here though. It’s very loud—lots of kids and loud soccer moms.

Found this place when I moved to Seattle and it’s become one of my favorite coffee places. Baristas are always friendly and the coffee is great! They have vegan options for sandwiches and baked goods as well.

A delightful little espresso shop. Can get really busy, but they are very efficient and friendly. So a great combo to be sure! A small selection of awesome pastries as well. The coffee is fantastic, and there's even a few seats if you want to drink it there.

Cute shop with internet and a couple of tables inside for those who want to work there. There looks like there is outdoor seating in the summer as well. They have all the standard lattes and some specialty lattes. I will say that not all their specialty lattes are to my taste but they are fun! It was easy to get to and had plenty of parking which made stopping here a breeze.

Small spot to get your caffeine rush satisfied in Greenwood. Their holiday special flavors are very good. I tried Toast to Love with amaretto and irish cream by the barista’s recommendation and loved it.I had missed this place for a long time and glad I found now. They have small seating area indoors and a couple benches set outside. There’s a parking lot which is a plus because parking in the area can get difficult.

Diva is my go to shop for coffee with my friend who works in the neighborhood. I love the friendly staff who always seem to be happy to be there. They make delicious drinks (including dealing with my odd quirks with a smile) and often have gluten free/vegan treats. I do miss the GF oatmeal they used to have... Hoping it'll come back someday. They have outdoor seating in back and in front - really nice for those of us still not eating indoors due to health issues. The back table area used to be covered, which was really nice on both rainy and sunny days... I hope the awning comes back soon (guessing the recent wind storms and snow did a number on it).Vegetarian options: They always have non dairy milks available in several varieties. In addition they usually have vegan, gluten free, and sometimes vegan-and-gluten-free food items as well.Dietary restrictions: As someone allergic to dairy, wheat, eggs, and soy, finding food is sometimes challenging. Diva always has alternative non dairy milks available. They often also have gluten free and/or vegan items in their pastry case. The staff are knowledgeable about their products and I feel confident that they won't accidentally give me something that will make me ill - which isn't something I can say about every food service place I've been.
