When I went in the lady at the counter taking my order was spending more time on the phone then wanting to take my order or really help with their equipment when it was failing to take my card. Doesn't matter if it's a slow time period during service.

This is always a hit or miss for me for atmosphere, quality depending upon the service. Iced coffee has been great and also was meh- Vegan breakfast sandwich was great! Everything bagel good. Decent prices. $6 latte. Lines are fast. Few little tables and small bar area.
Convenient stop across street from hospital to unwind or wait for someone.

Great coffee. I'm so surprised you don't stay open a few more hours at this location to be able to provide coffee to the night nurses at harborview as they come into work.
The staff there is super friendly and their drip coffee is awesome. The location is very convenient for people that have appointments at HMC, as it is located in the base of their 9th & Jefferson building.

I was in Seattle for a small spring break trip and Diva Espresso was right next to the place I was staying at. It's such a cute, safe, and calm atmosphere. The baristas were so nice and welcoming!

After months of working on First Hill, I finally made it in here. I felt like I was in a small town coffee shop because most of the people in line were regulars. The baristas were friendly and excellent at their craft since my Vanilla Oat Milk Latte was delicious on various occasions. Just the right amount of flavor and sweetness, plus a creamy foam on top.
I came in once when their Internet was down, yet they still served the customers as they worked through the issue with a “I O U” verbal agreement. I came in the following week to pay my dues, and of course get another latte, and was thanked for coming back in with discount. This diva always leaves happy from Diva Espresso.
