The crispy tofu was not crispy at all. It wa undercooked and soggy with the breaded parts peeling off. Also, the original pickup time was 11:04am, but the small order I put in was not ready until 11:30am. There was no apology for the long wait time. Terrible service, rude and careless.

The Interiors of the restaurant are in desperate need of an upgrade and it does not smell very sanitary. I really should have cancelled my order. I'm disgusted and I won't be coming back.

First time eating here with my boyfriend and we loved it. Super clean, fast service and the food was amazing! I think this is such a cute place for date nights or lunches. A lot of people order take out but the inside is worth eating in. We had the order of pad kee mao, basil fried rice and pad Thai.

A bit frustrating to receive 1 piece of chicken in a $20 curry. Do better. Edit: I will follow up and say the curry had a very nice flavor, but very disappointing to see this disrespectful portion. Would not recommend this

A friend ordered this for me on DoorDash. I’m having chemo and really couldn’t stomach anything today. Or yesterday. So he ordered and I have to thank you. Your food made me feel better. It was perfect. It means so much to me right now. The Thai iced coffee was delicious too. Thanks. Thanks very much. Sometimes the smallest thing can make a huge difference in someone’s life.

You guys make the pad see ew with no soul, no flavor. Panang is good but how can anyone mess that up? The satay was below par, much better satay other places

Poor quality ingredients, incompetent cooking. Food ordered; pad see ew, tom kha, pad thai, curry. All food had an over abundance of sugar, the sauces on the noodle dishes were applied unevenly and very oily, the coconut milk used in the soup tasted off and the sticky rice was old, dry, and clearly had granulated sugar added to it. Out of the three of us, nobody finished their dish.

Ordered food from them but they made me and the dasher wait for more than an hour and I ended up having to cancel because they were not making anything. Don’t order anything from them they won’t get it done.

Let me preface this review by stating the food is delicious and always what I expect.
Conversely the resource planning and customer service is directly the opposite. Ordered and was given a 30 minute window but took over 2 hours to prepare. Called the store and asked for support and if they could potentially cancel and the employee denoted they could not do anything and were too overwhelmed.
Store needs to provide better estimates with online ordering systems or turn off ordering when too overwhelmed.

I used to go here all the time when I lived i Seattle, and still order from them when a business trip takes me here. Things have gone really downhill based on the review trend.

As I write this, it's been two hours, and I'm still waiting for my food to be prepped. No one's picking up the phone.

Terrible service. My order was “ready” 20 minutes before I came in to pick it up. When I got there, there were 10 other people waiting for their orders. I tried to get the kitchens attention to see if mine was ready and they just ignored me
